Website and Delivery are Great!
The website is easy to use when selecting trophies and medals. The orders are processed quickly and arrive on time. The packaging of the items is great! The quality of the figures on the top of the "14 - "30 trophies are not the best quality and break easily.

False advertising
I’ve been using Trophy Depot for ten years in a row. This year was the worst and even though I’m a returning customer for 10 years, customer service refused to help me with my order and ever time I called and asked for a supervisor, they were always busy couldn’t help me. I had items that were to be graves just like I have done for the past 9 years. The medals did not come back engraved. The engraving as called on the description was just printed on white paper. This completely contradicts the description and customer service even admitted it does say engraved in the description but they were printed. False advertising!

Ordered at the last minute and the team was super helpful. I had about a week and a half to get the order processed and shipped to me. Marian, my customer service rep, was super helpful! Helped me through a few revisions to still get the order to me on time. Will definitely use again!
