Trophy Depot Anmeldelser

Great quality and perfect condition

Quality. !!

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful...and patient! Our trophy came out AMAZING! You were able to put a graphic on the face plate that went above our expectations! It made our trophy look like a million bucks! Thank you!

My quizzers loved their trophies. They were sent fast and arrived on time. Thanks for the beautiful trophies

Your shopping cart system improperly filled out my address. My package was not delivered on time. I called your customer service line, and was given a bunch of run around. The service rep was rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I have been a customer for years and this was a terrible experience. Several years ago, I had a package get messed up and your company gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had. This time it was a joke,

The header plate was great. Was not clear in order form that perpetual trophy did not include the 12 gold plates for the awards. Is pictured with them on order site. Would never have ordered if had realized thos 12 plates were not on the trophy.

Good prices, fast processing and shipping.

I’ve purchased awards for our annual event for the past 5 years. Each time the products are quality and the person providing a proof was fast and efficient. They packaged the products well and everything arrives in excellent shape. Great job!

Marian and the whole team are truly dedicated to ensuring that you have the trophy you want. I've been using their services for 5 years

Super easy to shop on line! Great selection and service!

I was sent an inferior product - plates printed in a small & almost unreadable font, looking nothing like what was shown on the site or like a previous order. I was told the fonts had changed & I should have specified, but how was I to know? Options should have been offered. I was refused a refund or even a discount on a reorder, even though what I ordered is unusable.

Always a great experience dealing with Trophy Depot, quick, dependable service and delivery! I am going on 5 years of experience with Trophy Depot for multiple events, and not a single issue with any of the process! Highly recommend this company for any and all of your business needs! Thanks so much!

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and the quality of the product was better than expected!

The medals arrived quickly and they're nice!
The engraving was perfect.
Well done!

I've been using this company for years and I will continue.

The trophy itself was 5 stars and better than I thought it would be. The team not following specific shipping instructions was 3 Stars, which is how i reached 4Stars. They cost me $11.99 to have UPS deliver the item on the exact day i needed it delivered (not early, not late)... No one paid attention to that note for whatever reason.

Other than that, we were pleased.

Trophy Depot did an amazing job getting me my trophies before my event. I was nervous that they would not arrive on time, but they delivered. I will be using Trophy Depot for my trophy needs moving forward.

Thank you for making my event memorable!

Great looking trophy. Fast Service and just what I wanted.

The plaques are perfect for our cruise nights. Well done
