Highly recommend TripTile/Firebird Tours! Everything was as scheduled, tours were great and Customer Service was impeccable!

Details were so complete prior to the trip that I don't remember needing to contact anyone during the trip.

The customer support team helped to find the smoothest way to get from place to place and also made suggestions to make sure I did not forget anything.

Rome Italy and Athens Grace the Coliseum was amazing seeing a 7th Wonder and being able to experience that on my birthday was absolutely fabulous

Firebird Tours took care of ALL THE DETAILS. The Best of Scotland and Ireland two week tour exceeded our expectations.The itinerary was wonderful, a great mixture of tours and free time to explore. We appreciated the size of the small group tour (13) as it was easy to maneuver with a small group. The hotel choices were fantastic, very desirable locations. All the tour guides and drivers were courteous, helpful and professional. We were VERY HAPPY from the beginning when we booked to when we got home. It was a great experience.

Embarking on an Italian getaway with Triptile was a remarkable experience. We started planning ourselves, but then Julia from their team stepped in and really helped us improve our itinerary. The seamless organization of our travels, including top-notch hotels and punctual transfers, made our trip effortlessly enjoyable. App with all docs and schedules was very helpful as well. The tour builder is one of the most visually interesting platforms I've used for trip planning. Feels like there should be less steps to plan the program though. But very powerful platform.

We used Triptile to plan our trip to Italy Switzerland and Germany, and it worked out perfectly well! While tour builder itself was a little hard for us, their customer support was right there to assist us and provide expert advise.

On the ground, all services from transfers to guides and transportations were spot on. We only would hope we would have looked for a higher level hotels. In Europe 4 stars are often simpler, and 5 star is really what we should had selected.

Overall amazing, will surely use again!

Coordination was smooth, and their support team was always available within minutes. The only hiccup was initially planning the trip with the tour builder, which was a bit challenging. However, once we got past that, it was a fantastic journey. Highly recommend for the amazing sights and seamless travel experience!

We had an absolutely trip to Scandinavia with exceptional hotels and expert guides. The smooth coordination of the entire journey was impressive. A standout feature was the ability to access everything through an app - so convenient for keeping track of our itinerary and staying informed. Nothing was easy or straightforward. Some important links showed a 404 error - page not found. And the site kept directing me back to Firebird.

Triptile made our Honeymoon perfect.

My wife and I used Triptile to plan our Honeymoon to Italy. While she has traveled a fair bit, I'm a novice. I've driven to Mexico from Southern California and had a trip to Ireland when I was young. Other than that, this was my first foray into planning a major European trip. I was terrified. I always want to be reliable and confident for my wife's sake and Triptile made me seem like I had everything planned and under control. The hotels and trains were booked without issue and Triptile's Support was responsive and assuaged any fears I had regarding what I considered odd ways of handling things (like some hotels don't confirm your booking with an email).

With the major planning done via Triptile's very intuitive and user friendly interface, my wife and I could focus on filling the rest of our Italian vacation with restaurants, tours, and experiences. While Triptile offered those too, we didn't utilize that setup and made our own arrangements.

What floored me most about this service is that Triptile would let us use all of their planning tools to organize everything we wanted and wouldn't even require us to book through them. We could get all of the information, get an estimated price, and then make reservations directly with the hotels, trains, and venues if we chose. I thought that might be where I found a "gotcha" but I was wrong. The difference in price was negligible and paled in comparison to the value of convenience in having Triptile's experts book everything at once.

I have sang Triptile's praises ever since we returned to the US and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Experience was VERY good. Interface seemed to be a bit challenging at times but once understood was relatively easy to use. And in the end the places we booked (that were presented to us) turned out to be what we expected. The only issue we had, and I think we'd have less issue/anxiety in the future if we did a similar itinerary logistically, is the explanation on some of the train tickets and schedules as well as the private transfers. Finally, it would be nice if you could book flights through Triptile but absolutely will not be a deterrent next time we use it.

I am so glad I found this company when planning my trip to Barcelona and Portugal. Triptile took care of the flight from Barcelona to Lisbon, all transfers (we visited multiple cities in Portugal), hotels, and activities, including a day trip that I added that was not one of their activities (they made all of the arrangements anyway). All of the guides were nice and knowledgeable. We were a group of seven from the US and all of the transfer vehicles were able to accommodate us. The vehicles and drivers were nice. The hotels were awesome with breakfast included! The support team was excellent. They responded to questions and requests quickly and effectively. When I needed assistance during the trip, I was able to find someone quickly and they knew me and my itinerary by my phone number. They kept me updated via call, email, and text of any changes and updates, which I liked. I can't say enough great things about this company. We are definitely using them again!!

The tool is great once you know how to use it but it is very slow to update for every change. It default the stop for each destination to 3 days which took me lots of time to change it because it has to recalculate the price for the whole trip.

So easy to pick and choose where we wanted to go and then they book everything for you! Will definitely be using again in the future!

I used this site to book a trip to Copenhagen and Norway through to Dublin. The hotels, experiences, and modes of transportation they suggested were top-rate. They were responsive to my inquiries and able to make adjustments quickly. They made my first, solo transatlantic trip from the US smooth and without stress. The 4-stars is simply because I cannot figure out how to change the order of cities without deleting what is already selected and then possibly losing experiences. However, this feature will not affect my future use as I am currently building several more trips.

This experience was more than I could ask for. It was our first ever trip outside the U.S and the booking process was so easy! I love the way the site is set up to allow you full control of selecting your hotels, transfers, and experiences. It's so user friendly and all the small details were there to find and any questions I had outside of that the agents quickly responded via the message chats. After everything was booked, the team was there to answer any additional questions, make additional arrangements and kept us in the loop about any changes. They were quick to respond and so very friendly and helpful. They were even able to arrange a transfer to one of our destinations not listed. Our trip to Ireland was 11 days of pure relaxation and excitement. Our drivers were so friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on time and just made the whole trip worry free. We had zero issues as everything was seamlessly arranged. We will definitely be using triptile/ (Firebird tours) again and again for our next trips.

By far the easiest site to navigate with a lot of great ideas. Helps pass the time when you should be working. Can’t wait to book my trip.
