Assalamualaikum Respected Travellers! I'm hereby sharing my pleasant experience with Trips.PK, a travelling agency and platform...
I live in Istanbul (Turkiye) and intended to perform customized Umrah individually during the most demanded last days of Ramadan including Eid ul Fitr...
No Travel agency in Turkiye agreed to do so without group packages..
However, in this difficult situation, Trips.PK agreed to facilitate me at each level. They have the best group of hotel packages, economic flights with direct and nearest domestic airport options, great transport services and efficient Visa processing.
My Umrah case was efficiently handled by Mr. Zaheer Zubair the respective representative of Trips.PK, who suggested hotels of Voco and M Dana at Makkah. Both hotels provided ease of convenience and peace of mind during the busiest days of Ibadat. Moreover, he provided the best advisory and after sale support on daily basis till completion of my visit at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Considering the above, I'll suggest Trips.PK to everyone who needs peace of mind during his visits abroad...

It was great experience offer UMRAH with trip.pk everything gone great from medina airport pickup to hotel and hotel was great and then 5 days were amazing stay in Medina and then again pickup to makkah and everything was in time and then to makkah hotel and 5 great days in makkah and I must say everything was greatly planned by trip.com and we have not faced any problem anywhere on UMRAH trip hotels were great and very near to Harams good choice food was amazing in buffets and then last pickup by Hijaz ways to jeddah airport and it was a great service of pickup and drop very experienced drivers and very respectable thanks trip.com and Mr Zaheer of trip.com

Trips.pk provide one of the third class services even in their golden packages. They don't have any good experience in tourism as well as the employees they have are really irresponsive, and they create the situation to get the chances to grab money from the tourist in the mid and end of the tour. They will not even have the capability to provide accurate and perfect information to tourist. They leave their tourist alone and don't response and make their self offline.

Specially one if their staff member Reem Amjad and Mr Ali... We tried to reach out to their owner through their employees mentioned name above but they didn't even provide the nmbr of owner to us.

They waste more than 2 lacks of our money just because of their own mistakes and put that on tourists.

I strongly suggest never choose trips.pk to travel anywhere. They spoil our life 1st tour and make that journey one of our life baddest journey because of money.. this company specially Miss Reem Amjad greedy person they don't think anything about a human just for the sake of money.

I had a worst experience of my life with this company ...

Went for umrah and I have paid for the hotel near Haram but when I reached there they told me my reservation has been cancelled and booked with another hotel which was far from haram,
Struggled with family to move to another hotel which was not good hotel as you expected and you paid for, raised this issue with ministry of Hajj and umrah and FIA.
