Hello Every one,

I am myself an owner of a leading travel agency from Mumbai

In the beginning the Tripojee directly connected to us so many times and begging for giving at least one tour to serve us. Finally we decided on trust and the way they are begging to us for single tour we gave a chance for them serve our 14 passenger group for the Devine Pilgrim Tour Char Dham. (Dated: 15May 2026), We are happy for as the first trip with Tripojee as the way they gave an assurity for all the comforts in all over the tour but side by we have worried also as doing the trip first time with them hence I my self planned to go with the group and that is only the golden point for my trip that I my travelled with the group, if I will not ravel with the group it will be a nightmare for all my passengers.

I the bigining they gave lots of fake commitments for Halicopter but until the end we never got a single helicopter confirmation from them until we reach Kedarnath, our passengers have paid double of charges from there pocket as most of them are senior citizen and came from long to take divine darshan.
During the hole trip they never gave us a promised hotels and every day there is a worst hotel we got from them in all over the trip (specially the all tripojee properties). the person who is taking all over the trip is more than worst in behavior and arrogant (Name: Barkot- Akash, Uttarkashi- Prashant and Guptkashi- Rajesh Pandey, they all are useless and money eaters there is no common sense to speak with client and owners and they are only sitting there for eating money in the name of God and also we found that the so called Rajesh Pandey also drinking at counter while serving the passenger's the more worst and unprofessional.

The biggest fraud they did not gave the GST invoice and took a fat money INR 15000 as GST which is not included while we booked the trip, he also threaten us that he will stop the tour until we will not pay the GST amount.

Secondly the biggest scam he did once we reach Rishikesh and there we do not have hotel booking for any of my guest. As a professional owner I my self book the room at Hardwar as Teertham with extra money from my pocket and i am still not getting the refund for the Rishikesh hotel. I am following up with a man called Rishabh and he is giving all fake commitments for refund to me and I know that I will not get that money because they are scammers so my 11200 refund is still pending with them.

At Kedarnath also they gave a dirtiest camp where nobody can stay at that camp. as commitment they gave us tent is Premium temp while processing the booking. There also I have managed to give my guests a different hotel paying from my pocket INR 15000, so again there is a fraud commitment from them.

Poor hotel quality and rude behavior:
The hotels mentioned in the itinerary were not provided. Instead, we were given very poor-quality hotels with unhygienic conditions. Some rooms did not even have basic hot water facilities despite the cold weather conditions in Kedarnath.

When we raised the issue with Mr. Rishabh Sharma and Rajesh Pandey, instead of resolving the problem, he argued with us and said, "we gave you a package a lower cost" this will only you will get. This kind of such
behavior from a company representative is completely unprofessional and disrespectful and fake for every person who is doing the booking for these useless people calling them as professional agents.

We believed cooperation would improve our experience, but unfortunately, the service became even worse afterward.

Overall Experience:
This trip became harassment to me and all my passengers with mental torture ,because of poor management, fake commitments, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior from the all Tripojee team memebers

I genuinely advise everyone to avoid booking tours with Tripojee India Private Limited.

And urge the Uttarkand government to Ban such type of fake and scammer institutions to save the beautiful and holy pilgrimage place.

The money eaters, fakers mane is mentioned below.
1. Amit Bhardwaj- Who book and coordinated for the tour since beginning.
2. Rajesh Pandey- Biggest scammer, money eater and fake fraud person calling himself manager but he does not know the A-B-C-D of travel industry.
3. Rishabh Sharma- again a fake committer and unprofessional on all grounds.

Also all small working unprofessional hotel staff specially which are there in tripojee hotels and the worst and useless.

As a group of all women travelers,safety was our top priority.tripojee provided us with a wonderful driver and local guide who stayed with us until the temple gates.the hotel had hot water facilities,highly recommend them for women groups

Completed my trip to shri kedarnathji and shri badrinath ji with TRIPOJEE. The team acted very professionally . My entire trip was managed very nicely . As a first timer i was little nervous but they hosted us very nicely . Hotels and rooms were decent . Food provided to me was awesome and transportation was managed very nicely . The driver assinged was very friendly and polite . Team coordinated to me throughout the trip . Guided me everywhere , everytime . Overall the trip was just awesome . I would highly recommend .

Worst service by tripojee ,never take any package, I booked for shri Kedarnath and Badrinath nath ,no proper hotel during trip,no proper helping agent,Worst experience overall

Extremely disappointing experience with Tripojee India Pvt. Ltd. Despite booking our Kedarnath–Badrinath trip 2 months in advance, the journey was full of false promises, delays, poor management, and unprofessional behaviour.

The trip started hours late, the promised AC Tempo Traveller was not provided, hotels were unhygienic, food quality was poor, and the driver even stopped the vehicle midway in Chamoli due to payment disputes with the company, leaving our family stranded for hours.

Instead of resolving issues, the team kept changing statements and arguing with us throughout the journey. What was supposed to be a peaceful spiritual trip turned into stress and harassment.

Strongly recommend everyone to avoid Tripojee India Pvt. Ltd. and request Uttarakhand Tourism authorities to take strict action against such agencies.

The experience with tripojee India pvt Ltd was pathetic,
A booking done prior 2 months before can be so terrible, I can't imagine,
No brefing regarding trips, complete unprofessional driver, just every one is asking money, parking fee including still the driver took money from us.. No clarity from tripojee to anyone.. The breakfast was spoiled as it was made one day before in front of me only... The staff obediently confirmed, as we won't wake in morning so breakfast will be made in night only.. Driver stopped the vehicle in mid of chamoli jungle because he did not received money from agent..
I request everyone not to go in false promises of tripojee and team and also highlight the issue to uttarakhand tourism department to ban such scammers..

I was so happy for my first trip, but During our Do Dham Yatra (Kedarnath & badrinath trip) it was extremely disappointing and stressful and full of harrasment ..

I strongly recommend people donot book such scammers.

False promises for everything..
Mr. Kunal saurav promised everything will go smoothly..
But just before the trip started.. the company fired kunal for some reasons.
Now As per Company if no person available.. no promises to be followed..

After repeated follow-ups and escalations, Priyanka introduced Mr. Rajesh Pandey (So called Tour operation manager)

Priyanka assured us that transport would be arranged from haridwar at 08:30 ,
My family was ready upto 08:00 ,.all with happy faces and full of energy..
At movement We were told to coordinate with Mr. Kamal. He repeatedly confirmed that the vehicle would be available upto 10AM.

Unfortunately, after no vehicle was arranged. Mr. Kamal ignored our calls and later informed us that transport could not be provided then mr. rishab entered and arranged a tempo Traveler with Unprofessional driver and dirty vehicle.
THE TRIP WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO START AT 08:30 STARTED AT 4:00PM
DESPITE BOOKING AND ALL DONE BEFORE 2 MONTHS.
❌This was highly irresponsible and unacceptable.

AC Tempo Traveller promise not fulfilled:
We were promised an AC Tempo Traveller for the entire journey. However, after reaching there, we were informed that AC vehicle arrangements were not available. We had to argue and wait for 2–3 hours before any proper arrangement was made. The team continuously broke their promises throughout the journey.

As I knew the thing will worsen more . I kept the final amount with me.. for safety..
The cab agent :- saurav verma threaten me," pay the money as said, or else the vehicle will not move from jungle"
My family with 12 member's and small kids very left in chamoli jungle for 2 hrs".

Overall Experience:

Our experience with Tripojee India Private Limited during our Kedarnath trip was extremely disappointing and stressful. I strongly recommend people think carefully before booking any tour package from this company.

False promises for train booking:
At the time of booking, Mr. Nikhil assured us that train tickets and Tempo Traveller arrangements would be fully handled by their team. However, despite giving multiple reminders when the booking window opened, no proper action was taken because Mr. Nikhil went on leave and there was no backup person assigned.

After repeated follow-ups and escalations, Priyanka collected our documents and introduced Mr. Pandey, who promised confirmed train tickets. Even after we paid the required amount to Tripojee, the tickets remained on the waiting list till the last day. Later, we found out that extra brokerage charges were taken for train booking, despite earlier promises that no brokerage would be charged. Finally, train tickets never got confirmed, and at the last moment we were forced to book expensive flight tickets to continue the trip.

No transport arrangement at Delhi Airport:
After booking flight tickets from Mumbai to Delhi, Priyanka assured us that transport would be arranged from Delhi Airport. We were told to coordinate with Mr. Kamal. He repeatedly confirmed that the vehicle would be available when we arrived at 2 AM.

Unfortunately, after reaching Delhi Airport at night with small children, no vehicle was arranged. Mr. Kamal ignored our calls and later informed us that transport could not be provided at night and asked us to wait until 7 AM in the morning. This was highly irresponsible and unacceptable.

AC Tempo Traveller promise not fulfilled:

We even found cockroaches near the beds. When we raised the issue with Mr. Rishabh Sharma, instead of resolving the problem, he argued with us and said, “Cockroaches can also be found in your home.” Such behaviour from a company representative is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Fake feedback video:
During the trip, Mr. Pandey requested us to record a positive feedback video saying that services were good. We believed cooperation would improve our experience, but unfortunately, the service became even worse afterward.

Overall Experience:
This trip became mentally stressful because of poor management, fake commitments, lack of communication, and unprofessional behaviour from the Tripojee team.

I genuinely advise everyone to avoid booking tours with Tripojee India Private Limited. Please save your money, time, and peace of mind.

My Chardham Yatra with Tripojee India Private Limited was wonderfully organized and executed. The team showed great professionalism and dedication from start to finish. All travel arrangements were smooth, and the hotels provided were clean and comfortable. What impressed me most was their constant coordination and prompt support during the entire journey. They truly understand the needs of pilgrims. I am grateful for such a well-managed trip and highly recommend their services to anyone planning Chardham Yatra.

Trip booked with Tripojee India Private Limited. Planning was simple and clear. Hotels were clean, nothing fancy but comfortable. Overall good experience.

We went to char dham yatra and shri tungnath ji with tripojee . The team is very professional and the trip was very wellely managed . We didn't faced any problem . The stay was nice food and everything was good .

recently I had with Tripojee For chardham Yatra. with My Spouse & friend Couple.During 22/5/25to 31st May.
We had Nice Experience . hotels were very good At some places .Food Quality Needs Improvement. Communication from One place to Next Destination needs Improvement.

Our Kedarnath and Badrinath trip with this company was a nightmare. They promised helicopter tickets just to get our booking, but never arranged them. There was zero coordination between their team, and during a dispute, they threatened to cancel our journey mid-way in between the mountains, even though we were traveling with family in their booked hotels and vehicle. The cab condition was also terrible the worst i ever had.

The hotels provided were different from what was promised, and in many places, rooms were booked last minute—yet they still charged us cancellation fees, falsely claiming everything was pre-booked.

Locals even warned us that this company has a bad reputation for misleading customers. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Do not trust them with your travel plans.

The trip was managed by Rishabh Sharma, The other members involved in this journey was Kamal and Akshya Chauhan.

Please never go with this tour and travels company, There are much more good travel company in Haridwar for better experience.

Terrible Experience with Tripojee India Pvt. Ltd. – Avoid at All Costs!

Our recent Char Dham Yatra booking with Tripojee turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had. What was supposed to be a spiritual and peaceful journey quickly became a nightmare due to their mismanagement, lack of coordination, and complete disregard for customer comfort and safety.

From the very beginning, the itinerary provided was misleading. The hotels promised were never the ones we were put up in—most accommodations were unhygienic, poorly maintained, and not even remotely suitable for elderly travelers. Despite repeated assurances, basic facilities like hot water, and clean toilets were missing in most locations.

Meals included in the package were substandard. On several days, we had to arrange our own food because the so-called “pre-arranged meals” were either not available or inedible. It was shocking how poorly organized the entire trip was, especially when they charge a premium claiming to be a “reputed travel agency.”

We chose Tripojee India Pvt. Ltd. expecting a smooth, spiritually enriching journey for our family. What we got was stress, discomfort, and a strong desire to warn others. If you care about your time, money, and health, do not book your Char Dham Yatra with Tripojee. Their service is not just bad—it’s pathetic, irresponsible, and deeply disappointing.

Worst experience. They have cheated me with ₹48000 please dont give them a single penny they ruin people’s hard earned money. These people are theif. As they don’t answer calls after taking money. Fraudsters. And when i call them they always delay my matter, and say we will call back. But never received from them.

Tripojee cheated me with 20,000/- rs now they are not receiving my calls and I'm stuck in haridwar please give me my money back so, I can go back to home. Worst experience ever.

Recently we have visited Char dham Yatra with our family members through Tripojee India private limited., we don't have any idea of Tripojee about availability of service initially because we got Tripojee details through Google search. After started our journey from time to time Tripojee team Akshay and Rishab and Neha who initially well coordinating and providing us services as per proposal and it's extremely appreciated it is definitely recommend to our family members friends and office colleagues
