I will definitely recommend Triplebyte to people looking for tech jobs in the coasts, especially those feel they are technically competent but finds it hard to land interviews. Plenty of interesting companies. Most of them startups, but also some big established ones. Got a great job through Triplebyte. Very grateful.

I got accepted to fast track and it was a great experience.

TripleByte was very useful in my job search as a software engineer. It was quick to progress through each stage of TripleByte's process, and the interview was very good, fair, and asked about realistic scenarios. And then I got in touch with some interesting companies, and ultimately got an offer at a place that was really the type of company I was looking for! Recommended.

Although I've gotten two of my last jobs through here, I've noticed, where they have laid off a lot of their support, i have no one as a point of contact anymore... Which is very discouraging.

There is a lot of value for candidates in doing one assessment up front, instead of having to do an initial tech screening for every company.

As someone who has been in the software industry for 20 years and have participated in hundreds of interviews on both sides of the table, I cannot recommend Triplebyte's candidate evaluation process strongly enough. The ability for candidates to focus on a track and then prove their mettle through coding exercises and interviews is a great codification/standardization of much of the technical screening and testing that companies must do to vet applicants. Add this with a push for salary transparency and a pretty solid user experience, I think a Triplebyte profile should be a part of every software engineer's credentialing.

The Triplebyte process was really smooth! Outstanding experience. I initially tried Triplebyte's online quiz to brush up on my technical interviewing skills. The questions were fair and covered a wide range of topics. I passed, and got a live, 2.5 hour online interview with a real engineer _that afternoon_! What a great experience. The questions were thoughtful and challenging, the interviewer was kind, patient and knowledgable, the quality of the video call was perfect, and we started right on time. The detailed assessment and breakdown of strengths/weaknesses afterward was valuable feedback for me personally, and helped me focus on specific areas to improve.
