I recently book my flights with trip-beam from Delhi to Toronto. I have amazing experience with this guys . They assist me in very professional way and help me in getting the best price .

They are scammers. They make up polcies as they go and charge the highest fare available when you need to change flight time. DO NOT GO WITH THEM - not worth the hassle as they are SCAMMERS

I recently booked my Flight Tickets to Toronto through Tripbeam and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I would like to share how I am being treated by your management team regarding my latest booking and would appreciate it if you look into this as it is very stressful and dangerous for me and my family's health and well-being.
I am getting continuous calls and threatening emails for ticket cancellation while I am trying to take care of my kids who have been sick for the last 2 weeks. This is even after I paid the full amount for the ticket with Trip beam’s profit margin.
Here is what happened -
I called on Jan 14, 2024 to book my Edmonton to Mumbai round trip ticket (3 adults + 2 kids). An agent that I already trusted before and blindly booked all my tickets with in previous years, offered me a non-refundable, non-cancellable ticket for 14,500 Cad saying it was the best available ticket. He booked my ticket but I was unable to do the full transaction in one shot due to my bank limitations. I had a feeling this was a high price for a 6-month early ticket so I contacted Metairfare for cross checking of the same ticket (same flight, same time) which they offered for 11,500 Cad only. This is when I realized that the ticket from Metairfare was cheaper than the one from Trip Beam. I also called Air Canada Customer Care and they were also surprised that I was being charged more than the airline’s actual ticket price.
I paid Trip Beam 12,000 Cad, being unaware of the actual ticket price. After asking the manager the reason for such a big price difference, the reasons I received were not legit and after a few discussions over WhatsApp phone calls they asked me to pay 12,750 Cad as the final amount but I told them I will only pay 12,000 Cad because they were charging me way over the reasonable price.
Later on, I received the actual price of Air Canada’s ticket which is 2,300 Cad per adult (Trip beam charged 2,900 Cad per adult) and 1,960 Cad per child (Trip beam charged 2,800 Cad per child). I received details from Air Canada through email. I had paid 1,100 Cad extra while the actual ticket price was 10,880 Cad, even though I was offered that ticket for only 11,500 Cad by Metairfare. At this point Trip beam had already booked my ticket. I could understand why there would be a difference of 1,000 Cad between two different offers but definitely not 3,000 Cad. I am already having a hard time taking care of my kids with health issues and now Tripbeam agents are telling me to pay 750 Cad more (I already paid 12,000 Cad) and sending emails and calls threatening me that my tickets will be canceled if I don’t do so.

As I was Trip beam’s repetitive customer in the past, I would like the owner to take matters into their own hands and help me/my family. I paid Trip beam their full ticket and more than what I was offered by Metairfare’s agent, and I am still getting pushed to pay 750 Cad more by Trip beam’s agents.
I kindly request the Trip beam owner to listen to what I’m going through since I am a regular customer. Your help is highly appreciated.
