Deeply disappointed
From the beginning, the experience was lackluster. The sales agent I worked with acted more like a used car salesman—constantly cutting me off as I was explaining what I was looking for. My questions were also scantily answered. I decided to move forward, thinking: “as long as nothing is destroyed or lost, I don’t need stellar service. When the contractors picked up my items, there was a little bit of haggling (flag 2) and once they left, I noticed a forgotten item. When I called, they said they were already at the warehouse, so I explained I would rejoin the forgotten item if I could get a discount on the total. I was told no. Finally, when I followed up with Trinity to get a reimbursement or some other recompense, I was tossed from person to person. As of the writing of this review, it still hasn’t been resolved.
I’m giving the company two stars for the possibility they might see this and try to make it right. But even that won’t be able to fully redeem this experience.
I’d say save yourself the trouble.
