It took a while to get our order- just waiting for it to be in stock. It is a hard to find lambrusco. When I called to check on the status, they were super friendly and responsive. Wine shipment was super quick and bottles arrived safely.

I ordered a case of wine online and quickly (2 days) got a call that it was available for pickup. Price was very fair and service was very good. The clerk volunteered to carry the case of wine to my car. I am very satisfied in all aspects of the transaction

Great customer service.

Triangle Wine is a great place to chill out, try a new wine or beer, and meet with friends. They are dog-friendly and have indoor and outdoor seating. This is my "Cheers" and go-to place to hang out when I am meeting with friends or just want a quiet glass of wine by myself.

It came quick and I was happy. I just wish the initial confirmation provided anything about when it’d arrive. I ordered it blindly not knowing if it’d arrive by my cocktail party or not.

The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. There has never been a time where I felt insulted for my lack of knowledge when it comes to wine. They're always willing to lead me in the right direction in reference to my pallet and preferences. My husband and I love it here!

Ordered a wine I like and got shipped a different wine. Called and the wine I ordered was discontinued. Took 3 calls to get resolved.
They offered me the option of returning the wine or a credit of 20%. I took the credit. They were pleasant about it and willing to please.

I order my wine by the case, and they are always very prompt in getting it in for me.
We love the wine bar and the dinners, I am attending the Italian night tonight..

Excellent company!! I always buy a bottle of wine here, whether we have a special occasion or not. I adore their fine wine. It's so addicting, and the flavor is a match made in heaven. It's fantastic. I recommended it to my friends and loved ones, and they all enjoyed it as well. You should all give it a shot!

Outstanding customer service! They have a wide selection of wines, and I chose a bottle of a fine wine. I like to surprise my family with this wine for our dinner, and while I did not expect it to arrive sooner than expected, we are still very pleased with the product we ordered. You charge my credit card weeks before I get wine I order. Charge me when it comes in or I pick it up. If not, it’s ok I won’t order any more. I’m tired of waiting weeks or getting partial orders and waiting for a credit to my card.

Received a gift card from my daughter in Italy printed and welcomed in the store in Raleigh and without any problem I got the bottles I wanted. Very easy

They went out of their way to ensure I received a discount on a case of wine which was out of stock when I ordered it. Then delivered it for free. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

I ordered a brand of Proseco I like online, delivered to another state. I got the confirmation email saying all was OK. That was the last I heard from Triangle. Two weeks later, I'm wondering what's going on. I sent them an email asking for status. No response. I sent another email. Again, no response. I called them - twice. They never answer their phone. I complained to PayPal and PayPal sent them an email. They didn't respond to that. It must have gotten their attention, though. Four days later I got the shipping notification. I wasn't in any rush and I was glad to finally get my order, but a little customer service would have been much appreciated.

Triangle Wine came through with flying colors. I talked with a winery in CA to figure out exactly what I needed to order. I then called Triangle. They made the magic happen to ship the wine from CA to them, and then to me in GA. Everything was packaged correctly so nothing broke and they emailed me as to the progress they were making for my order. I couldn't be happier.
