The items arrived very very quickly and were as described. If anything they were slightly on the large size for the age of the child stated - not a bad thing, they will always grow into it.

I’ve been looking for a child’s charcoal zip up hoodie for ages and finally found one that’s of a decent fit, material and thickness! Very happy with this product and will be using trendy toggs again! Highly recommend!

Shame it was not checked before shipping
The package was beautifully wrapped in red tissue paper with a Christmas sticker and a thank you for using a small business. We thought twice about checking the item, but we needed to check the size so opened up the tissue, to find a ripped plastic bag. When getting the item out of the bag it was found to have dirty marks on and looked like a returned item. As this was the only place I could find a white tracksuit and because of the ongoing Postal strike I was concerned that this Christmas present for my grand daughter would not be able to be exchanged in time. So decided I would not complain and that I would have to wash this item before the ‘big day’, fortunately with some stain remover it is now once again clean. Shame it hadn’t been checked before shipping.

Thank you for your feedback and custom Yvonne. We tear the plastic bags, near the zips, to check that the zip is not faulty and works fine before sending the item.
We try our best to check all items for marks, and are happy to offer a discount or an exchange if there is any dissatisfaction.

Looks good
Bought a Onesie for my Son for Christmas. So it hasn't been worn yet. It looks Good quality, maybe slightly on the large size. But thats not a bad thing. Service & delivery was very prompt. Would definitely order from them again

More than 48 hours and still not dispachted
I received tracking number more than 48 hrs ago. Since then they did not bother to dispatch.

Unfortunately Royal Mail have been on strike, which has lead to disruption throughout the delivery service to all customers and this is something we have no control over. The item was dispatched and collected from Royal Mail on time, we have emailed proof of this. For some reason which we are unaware of, the Royal Mail systems are not showing details of dispatched items on their site, making it very difficult to locate shipped items. The strikes are taking place throughout each department within Royal Mail.
All our order are shipped daily between Monday to Friday, orders placed before 2pm on the same day, go out the same day. We try our best to provide the ultimate service for our customers.
