Good quality clothes, poor logistic
The clothes are really good quality, but if you have to do a return for multiple items, the real pain starts here. Also, the sizing is quite random depending on the item (an L for knitters is not that big, but an L for a sweater is extremely large). I had to return all three of my items and asked for replacement . They sent me an email saying my replacement order was ready, but it would be shipped once they received the return (totally understandable).
Once my return was received (it took two weeks, as they use DHL, which ships first in Germany before dispatching again to Spain), one of the replacement items was missing. I don’t understand why I received an email stating that my replacement order was ready, as the item was definitely not available. I received a refund for this part, and they shipped the rest.
As of today, I have only received 1 out of 2 items, a month and one week after the initial order... No idea why another item is missing.
It’s a good brand with good quality, but only if you order the right size straight away.

Trendsplant: a high-quality brand that truly cares about its customers
I’ve been ordering products from brand Trendsplant for quite some time now (mainly sweatshirts and T-shirts) and I have to say I’m very satisfied. The quality of their products really stands out. Compared to other brands in a similar price range, I find Trendsplant’s products to be significantly better in terms of quality.
Another aspect I truly appreciate is their customer service. They are very responsive and always friendly in their communication. On a few occasions, I made mistakes when selecting sizes in my orders, and all I had to do was send them an email. I quickly received a reply confirming that my order had been corrected.
Thuis, I highly recommend Trendsplant: a high-quality brand that truly cares about its customers.

Ho acquistato un paio di pantaloni ed una t-shirt, pantaloni belli di buona fattura, idem per la maglietta, ho dovuto solo cambiare la taglia perché la L per me era grandina. Mi hanno supportato nel cambio perché dal sito non è stato possibile. Molto disponibile il customer care. Grazie

Best customer service
I was already familiar with the premium quality of this brand, having previously shopped in person at their store in my city (Granada). Now I've had the chance to experience their excellent customer service firsthand as well. I placed an online order and accidentally selected the wrong colour for a shirt — and they exchanged it for me at absolutely no extra cost. Communication via email was smooth and effortless. A solid 10 out of 10. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Buenos productos, pésima gestión
Me atrajo que son productos hechos en Europa, respetuosos y con conciencia ambiental... sin embargo, el producto que recibí tenía una mancha, no me daban otra solución que devolverlo (no cambiarlo) con lo que pagué un envío 2 veces (en la devolución tambien) y ademas, tardaron más de un mes de devolverme el dinero y, de hecho, una cantidad que no me habían dicho al principio... decepcionado

I had an issue with a return. It was not possible to create it from the website. I sent an email and they replied by sending me a transport label. I sent the products back and I received the refund.

Seguramente la ropa sea maravillosa…
Seguramente la ropa sea maravillosa pero aún no he podido comprobarlo personalmente. Hice una compra el pasado 28 de noviembre y a día de hoy viernes 12 de noviembre aun no ha llegado.
Aunque la demora es achacable a Zeleris como empresa de reparto, la crítica es a la empresa Trendsplant ya que ellos son los que contratan esta parte de la experiencia con una empresa impresentable que maltrata a sus usuarios (forzados al no haber alternativa). Tienen contratada una empresa con la que solo puede contactarse con un teléfono de pago (llamada de 22 min a 1,5€ el minuto, hagan cuentas) que tampoco soluciona nada, que finalmente contestan por mail diciendo que el paquete va a llegar durante el día de hoy y que no ofrece la posibilidad de resolver incidencias o concertar entrega en un punto de recogida.
Sencillamente no recomiendo comprar en esta empresa mientras el reparto esté en manos de Zeleris.
