Amazing service, great support via whatsapp

Paid for two subscription to be able to watch on multiple devices, that never worked. Constant buffering and crashing. Don’t waste your money much better subscriptions out there.

I'm a real technofobe but I was given a step by step tutorial on installation. Great response,and very prompt, resolution to any problems.

I have been have some issues with my service which were always dealt with promptly and with a very helpful attitude. It turns out a lot of the issues were my own fault as I was using an out of date device . I am also not the most up to date person with technology , but I was always dealt with in the most patient friendly manner.
I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review to the customer service people I have been dealing with over the past week or so , their service and attitude have been outstanding.

Got set up very promptly with good Whattsapp communication.
Only have for 1 week but working well.

Service seems to have improved and support was responsive when checking in. I haven't used it recently, but they did reach out and offered help.
