I think the service is excellent. It is possible to check bloggers' accounts in all spheres. The report provides with useful information containing CR, Quality Audience , ages and genders. What impressed me most of all was the diagram of users - it contained real users, suspicious users and mass followers. It is very important to know this information deciding the collaboration with this or that blogger.
The help center was really quick and helpful and gave useful advice how to solve the problems I had.

The trendHero platform is actually really helpful for helping to find Instagram influencers, I am currently in the Pro version and the report creation is really convenient as it summarises a user's profile overall status and provides me with a better idea of whether or not it's worth engaging a user for helping to promote our product.
I would give it 5 stars, but their UI can be a bit slow and sometimes the website freezes after several actions. (I will be happy to amend my review after the experience is improved).
Other than that, I would recommend to give it a try and see if it also works for you!

All purchased reports disappear after canceling the subscription. The site hides this information by limiting it to "Unused reports do not expire with monthly payment".
Support can't help, not even to return some of the already purchased reports.

This is a scam!!! The exact same reviews are on Trust Pilot they are obviously controlling the narrative on google as you can’t find any negative results about them but I have never seen reviews that are pretty much all 5⭐️…. It’s impossible and same on Trust Pilot …. They gain your trust by giving you in-depth help on how to know If someone on Insta is a fraud and they are using this to disguise the fact they are doing the absolute same …. DISGUSTING….. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Please Trust Pilot be absolutely vigilant about who you allow to be on this site and who are writing reviews!!!!

First payment failed. The money was debited and their system canceled it now the amount should be returned. Support recommended a different payment method and it worked.

and these bugs repeated 3 times in a row. please fix it
