Truly a wonderful place, great products but mostly its the incredible care the staff take. It feels caring and considerate and they understand the issues clients face. Zara was amazing and can't thank her and the team enough. I travel regularly from London to Brighton as its the best place I have found and been coming for many years. Highly recommend.

I go twice a year and receive excellent service. The quality of the product is very good. The salon is very nice with good facilities and the stylists are very good at what they do 🤗

Steph was very patient and compassionate. Never pushy to make a sale. I felt she was trying to do the best for me so I'd be pleased with the outcome. Thank you

I was made very welcome, offering a coffee or tea as we arrived.
I was taken into a room with my friend and we discussed what colour, and style I wanted. The lady went off and got some. Luckily I found one which suited me and was very pleased with it.

It was a great visit we felt very comfortable and the lady was there really polite professional and helpful

Alison is very kind and understanding,she adjusted my new wigs to fit perfectly.
Alison also cut my remaining hair so the wigs would fit comfortably

We visited for my mum who needed a wig after losing all her hair to cancer/chemo and found the staff very welcoming. They put my mum at ease straight away and the lady who helped my mum to pick a wig was really knowledgeable and gave my mum her full attention. Seeing my mum trying on wigs and seeing the spark come back in her eyes really was a wonderful thing. She left with a wig that made her feel confident and like her old self again. Thank you for helping my mum get a piece of herself back in such a difficult time.

Lovely clean and bright surroundings. Staff are amazing. Nicola is great and took time to help me make decisions which is so appreciated.

Great place. Very friendly and knowlegable staff but sadly if you have a small head, like me, you won't find many options. I knew what I wanted as far as colour& style but the choise was very limited. Sadly, I left empty handed and still on a lookout for the perfect petite wig.

Staff (Amber) are polite, helpfull, no rushing, made us feel comfortable, always smiling, took the time to try on multiple wigs and find the correct wig, and went through how to put on/take them off correctly with the best method of washing them aswell, couldn't ask for more, really happy with the service provided :)

I was welcomed by the lovely manager. She really was so helpful, very kind, sweet and so patient trying to find something that suited me, as I have to cut all my hair off soon 🙁so I wanted something that was similar to mine so I wouldnt look look any different. She had alot of box's out in the end! But not once did I feel a burden, she really was lovely. 🌸❤️Its a beautiful salon, very clean and air conditioned, which was great as it was so hot out! I cant recommend this place enough. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Amber was amazing she was so careful and respectful towards me and my parents she explained how she could helped me and referred us to the little princess trust due to my age and my type of hair less
My parents are extremely impressed and happy with Amber a definite 10/10 if you experience hairloss and need support this is definitely the place to come to

Helen was great and straight away made you feel relaxed. Her knowledge of different styles to suit you was good. Me and my daughter didn't find what we was looking for on the first visit, so Helen made a list of what we wanted and made another appointment so she could bring a selection of wigs for us to choose from. We had fun trying on different types of wigs and eventually found the right one for us and in budget. Happy to recommend going to Maggies at City hospital Nottingham for the excellent service. I have been on a tough journey through cancer and the girls at Trendco Wigs been really professional.

I was seen to immediately and the reason for my visit was addressed. There were possible slight variations on the style of wig I wanted and so the staff member agreed to order two more to enable a broader choice. The staff member was helpful and accommodating. I will return and make my choice once the order is received by Trendco.

Very kind and supportive, took time to explain everything, took time to put the wig to how I wanted it, trimmed it for me, excellent service, reasonable prices to, would highly recommend.
