The Trendbag is not sending the product you think you are receiving based upon the pictures. I received a discount off the bag if I promised not to return it. I am glad customer service assisted me on the refund. But, it is not the same product.

They do not deliver as promised. Customer service will reply but does not give you specifics. My bag was supposed to arrive on 1/19 and it is now 1/23 and I still do not have it. It is a gift for a friend who is leaving the country and now she wont get it. This is bad service.I wish I would have read their reviews before ordering with them.

I ordered a large LV planner and received a medium one. When they sent me the picture, I told them this is not the same size and I will return it and will not pay doe shipping as i told them it was the wrong size and they denied it. I did not even receive the other item at all
This company is the worst. The quality is terrible and they never know where the product is once it ships. Beware they are scamming people for sure. I will tell everyone to go somewhere else. Terrible company. Your customer service department will not do anything but make excuses.

I would give minus stars if possible.
This company is a total SCAM. I should have made my due diligence before purchasing anything from these scammers.
In a nutshell: low quality, NOT leather, chemical smelling items.
I had the same experience as AK. Mailed back all the way to Singapore, paid $83, checked the tracking: refused by seller, notification left to pick up. I didn't even get the notification. The worst shopping experience.
Update: TheTrendBag wants to partially issue a refund (withold USD 60)because they did not receive the bag. But they REFUSED the bag. On Nov 11 the item was redirected to recipient new address, then on Nov 17 it was sent back. The scam is the following: that bag is not worth 60 USD.

I purchased a bag from this company and, regrettably, it turned out to be the worst shopping experience I have encountered.
After placing my order, I waited several weeks for the item to arrive, which was far longer than expected.
When I decided to return the bag, I discovered that there was no clear return information provided—just a note stating that I needed to email the company to request details. I sent multiple emails but received no responses initially. Eventually, I did get a reply with the necessary returns information and was told I would need to cover the cost of returning the item, which I accepted without issue.
After returning the item and providing the tracking number as requested, I waited patiently for my refund. However, about a month after sending the item back, I received it again in the post, marked with “refused by seller.” Since then, I have sent three more emails and have still not received a reply or a resolution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this retailer. The process has been unnecessarily stressful and has left me out of pocket, with no support from the company.
My order number is TBUK1013. I simply wanted to return the item for a refund, it shouldnt be this hard to do that
