It's a great tool for trend research

It's a great tool for trend research and content creation. The feature for creating carousels is super cool. From what I see they also improve the platform all the time which is amazing.

Total FRAUD! RUN!

Total Scam! says, get started for only, $1. they leave everything vague and just say enter your card info. Then maybe 7 days later will charge you $298! a whole year subscription. when you enter your card info they dont say you are signing up for a free 7-day trial. they also dont say their parent company whop, will charge you $298. they dont say that you signed up for anything on your end. Luckily my bank automatically reversed the charge and alerted me of the suspicious activity. Whop and trend assist make it very hard to access your account info, billing or this mysterious subscription or free trial. i went to user account and got a blank page. you try to manage this unwanted subscription through your email from WHOP, THAT GETS YOU NO WHERE AS WELL. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, RUN. CANCEL UR DEBIT CARD, REPORT FRAUD!

1. All pricing and renewal terms are clearly displayed at checkout.
When signing up, users are informed multiple times that the $1 trial renews into a $298/year OR a monthly $30 subscription after 7 days (depending on the option you picked), unless canceled. This is displayed:
• Directly under the “Start Now” button
• At the final checkout page under “Total after 7-day trial”
• In the terms accepted before payment

2. Whop is our secure checkout partner.
They process payments on our behalf, just like Shopify or Stripe would for other businesses. The charge appears under their name, which is standard and disclosed.

3. Your account dashboard allows full control.
You can cancel, manage billing, or contact support directly from the dashboard. If you saw a blank screen, it may have been a loading error, we’re happy to walk you through login or access support at any time.

This policy is in place to ensure fair access and transparency for all users. We NEVER charge without consent, and your subscription only renews if it’s not canceled during the trial period.

If you believe you were charged in error, we encourage you to reach out to our team via email so we can assist you directly and resolve the issue respectfully.

Total scam

Total scam. They charge you before the trial is over making an overdraw on your account. Shit Web. Now I can't unsubscribe because there is no button to do so. Guys don't use this

Good service and quick response 👍🏻

Good service:) I sent email about my problems and i get a good & quick response. The service was nice to me.

Only ➖️ with the ai that i have a lot problems with logging in but that's maybe because of its new and it's on the processing times and testing i tink in time that will be better ☺️

scam company DO NOT USE

PSA: Just a warning.
DO NOT use Do not use trendassist ai
I did the trial to see if it would help my posts but yesterday at the end they automatically opted me for the annual at $299 which I did not select. They charged before the end of the trial.
That overdrew our account and is causing overdrafts.
I emailed them but they are very crooked.
They refuse to refund even though it was same day and have no legitimate support.
They are obviously criminals and I only tried it because it was recommended by a YouTube account I have followed for several years.
They have no legit support and their company email is a gmail account. And their live chat isn't and goes to discord which isn't a legit support channel at all.
Beware they are not on the up and up as any legit company would cancel the transaction.

1. No one is “automatically opted in” — the subscription plan is clearly stated on both the pricing page and the checkout screen. Before confirming payment, every customer sees the following:
“7-day free trial, cancel anytime. $298/year after trial.” This is visible in the billing summary.

2. Charges never occur before the end of the trial. We are using standard practices across the Saas space.

3. We offer email support to any customer.

4. We do not issue refunds on active subscriptions, as outlined in our policy, agreed to at checkout. This ensures fairness for all users, especially those who do use the platform regularly.
