I have not recieved what I purchased and the support email gets kicked back as not a valid addresss. No one answers the support phone number. SCAM!!!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your concern regarding the delivery.
We have reviewed your order, and the USPS tracking information associated with your shipment shows that the package was marked as delivered. The tracking information was also provided to you by email. We understand that you were out of town when the delivery was made, which can make it more difficult to determine exactly where the package was left.
Our customer support team is already assisting you, and we want to assure you that we are happy to continue working with you until this is resolved. You can reach us at support@trelihome.com, through our live chat, by phone, or via WhatsApp at +1 310 722 7117. Our team typically responds within the hour.
We are also working with our supplier, Mason Jars, to assist in locating the package. We recommend contacting your local USPS office and asking them to investigate the delivery, including identifying where the postal carrier left the package. USPS may also be able to provide additional delivery information.
If you have security cameras at your property, we also recommend checking the footage around the date and time shown on the USPS tracking information. This may help identify where the carrier left the package and provide useful information that we can share with USPS.
Most importantly, we want to make this right. If the package cannot be located, we are happy to send you another package. If the original package is subsequently located, you are welcome to keep both packages.
We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to assist you and would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please continue communicating with our support team so we can work with you and Mason Jars toward a resolution.

Best dinnerware and cookware sets
Thankfully I found their store again and we used to order from them a lot.My parents loved their new dinnerware sets and flatware.Thank you guys for handling their gifts while we were overseas and customer service was responsive
