Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I feel the company is a total scammer and a rip off merchant.
Ordered a 3000w Renogy inverter and I needed it ASAP and he said he would try his best to get it it to me.
He posted it in the day then messaged me at night saying he had a conference saying he’s opened the unit to test for some reason, who would do that ? He did say if there was any problems he would refund or exchange it.
When I received it, it definitely wasn’t brand new then he started saying another distributor had sent it and they opened it to test 🙄 total liar.
Then he offered a return and refund then the next day said he won’t accept my return or give me a refund.
I had to go through PayPal and he said good luck getting a refund, I’ve just got my money back through PayPal but the guy is the worse rip off merchant going , so beware 🤬

Total lies again and you’ve contradicted yourself on here again, you said you offered me a 180 day return and I could use the unit on my holiday and return it when I got back which I didn’t want to.
You sent me a return label late Wednesday night, then when I said on Thursday I’ve gone away a day early as my job was cancelled and I wouldn’t be able to return it until I got back.
You started being awkward and said you will not accept my return and cancelled the return label as you believed I took it on holiday to use even when you told me to do that but I didn’t.
I sent proof that it was in my house on my cctv when I was in France and I said il get my mother to go round to my house and return it to you and you said no you will not accept the return as it’s been opened, which YOU admitted you opened 🤷♂️ you sent it me then said you have a confession to make that you had opened it too check which is unheard of from a company to do selling so called new items, very unprofessional as it is then classed as 2nd hand and just doesn’t make sense why you would. I said when I receive it il check it over and if it was ok id keep it, if not id be in touch.
When I checked it, it has definitely been used so I let you know I wasn’t happy with it and wanted to return it, then you started back tracking and lying saying another distributor had opened it and yes I’ve got proof of that too.
I got my money back through PayPal as they went in my favour as they knew I was a genuine buyer and you was a liar and dishonest.
You obviously try and sell used or returned items as new then when you get found out think it’s ok to keep the money off PayPal.
You just try and ripped customers off so I want others to be aware how you treat customers if it doesn’t go your way.
I even have a customer right to return an item with in 28dats no matter what and you still said no you wouldn’t except any return from me.
You should be investigated and shut down.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
I want to first confirm the following as I explained it on my emails to you: I personally tested the product, I personally shipped it and the item was brand new.
The inverter was tested before dispatch purely to ensure it was in perfect working order, as we understood you needed it urgently for your trip. I appreciate this may not have been your preferred approach, and we’ll be reviewing our process so testing is only done when requested.
Regarding refunds we apologise but we do not issue refunds unless an item is returned. You didn’t attempt to return the item despite providing a prepaid label and advice on the nearest drop off location. This was the case even when you escalated with Paypal.
I understand this matter was reviewed and resolved by PayPal, who reached a final decision in our favour, since you decided to keep the item. I regret we couldn’t resolve it together sooner.

I am sorry the item didn't arrive on time some of our delivery partners don't deliver on weekends and a mistake was made selecting the wrong service. We assure you this will not happen again we have placed strict processes into place to make delivery times more consistent irrespective of the day the order has been placed (whether this is at the end of weekdays or during weekends).
