I ordered a necklace for £42 on 3rd October and received the confirmation email. After that, nothing. I have emailed and tried to contact them and no replies. The Tracking has not updated since 3rd October but the AmEx was charged. I have raised a dispute with Amex who are taking it forward. Be wary as i think this business is in trouble - it certainly isn’t communicating nor fulfilling orders, but it is still taking customers’ money.

*****Please note this update **** After ordering again 6 Oct and my order still pending I have tried every way to contact Treaty They are not responding to emails, their own on line web chat , face book or telephone calls Their contact number is not working I suspect they have problems AMEX is now dealing with my dispute but it may take 6-8 weeks to get refunded ****** Buyer beware ****I’ve ordered many things from this company The quality is excellent I’ve recently received silver earrings which are the best design and quality I’ve come across in a long time They will recycle the gift boxes and bags and credit your account so you can use the discount towards other purchases I have recently communicated with them over a minor query and it was answered quickly and resolved straight away I cannot recommend this company enough They are great!

The jewellery is unusual and striking as well as being extremely good value for money. I have bought 6 pieces so far and have been delighted with them - they also draw comment from others. The company are efficient and friendly too. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely delighted. Love my earrings, they are hallmarked and beautiful. Just as stated in the advertisement. Prettily boxed and came very quickly. I purchased from the facebook advert, so paid by PayPal just in case. I will be ordering more, directly from the Treaty website now.

Saw this on Facebook and had a look. Have ordered twice now, including 3 necklaces, 2 bracelets, 1 ring and 1 pair of earrings (for me and for gifts) and all the jewellery has been exquisite. Super fast delivery and beautifully presented. Will definitely be returning for more.

I have been a fan for some years now. The jewellery is definitely a statement and feels very good quality. Necklaces have a nice chunkiness to them and hang beautifully. The latest addition to my collection arrived today and I'm delighted - she's lovelier than I expected!
Customer service is second to none and I feel like a very valued customer.
I like the use of fully recyclable packaging and the little personal postcard inside - oh, and the speedy delivery of course!
