Strong personal approach. A lot of agents who you meet just try to get you to settle as quick as possible and don't understand what it is that you need and want. Thenuk has a very effective personal approach where he takes the time to understand your requirements and hones in on what is key for you. Without Thenuk in my corner, I think I would be still looking for a place.
Thenuk was honestly so great to work with. I actually found him on social media and liked his style of videography and the way he spoke. He came across as really articulate and business-minded with a modern, relatable vibe, so it felt totally normal reaching out that way.
From the start, he was super responsive over text and email. I could message him at random hours, even on weekends or evenings, and he always got back to me. He made himself available for quick chats whenever I needed clarity.
What I really appreciated was that he showed up in person for the viewings and went out of his way to be helpful. When we first met, he was just finishing up with another client but still took the time to walk me through two places and said we could keep going if I wanted to. He was really respectful of my time and made the process feel easy.
He was more attentive and responsive than most realtors I have dealt with. I also really liked that he sent newsletters with tips, renter rights, and helpful info during the search.
Overall, it was a great experience. I found a place pretty quickly, but I know he would have kept helping me if I had wanted to keep looking. He is just a really solid person to work with.
It’s been a pleasure working with Thenuk in securing my new apartment. I’ve been indecisive and looking for a new unit in December-March but Thenuk’s been very patient with me and scheduled as many viewings as I needed. I appreciate his time and recommend him to all my friends & family!
