Poor service
I am very disappointed with this service. I purchased a ticket online, the money was deducted immediately, but I never received the actual ticket. I had to wait a long time for customer support to respond, and only later was I informed that there had been a technical issue.
What is especially confusing is their offer of a “free ticket” through a promo code. It is not a free ticket — I have already paid for it. On top of that, I am now spending additional time and effort resolving a problem that was caused by their own system.
What matters to customers is not only whether technical issues occur, but also how quickly and effectively they are handled. Unfortunately, in this case, the quality of service was very poor.

We want to clear up this misunderstanding immediately, as our support team clearly failed to explain the solution properly. Because the technical issue on Georgian Railway's side blocked the automatic ticket generation, we offered two choices to affected users: an immediate full refund, OR a 100% discount promo code.
This promo code was designed to let you immediately repurchase the exact same ticket through our system for 0 GEL, so you wouldn't have to pay twice. It was meant as a quick workaround to get you your ticket on the spot while the system was recovering.
We completely understand why our wording felt confusing and tone-deaf in that stressful moment, and we are truly sorry for the added hassle.

insane booking system
It is insane: the online system does not cooperate at all. I am trying to book tickets in advance, the date is already with a green dot, but still the booking system does not provide with any information for booking. Plus, there are no any customer service to make an international call to fix the issue and proceed with booking.
