This is the second time I was booking a flight with Travlock and would like to appreciate all the work, advice and input from Nigel.

We were able to look at the various flights and connections available and settled on that which I preferred. Thanks Nigel and will surely be recommending Travlock.

Wonderful to have a company that answers the phone with an agent within ten seconds. My contact, Nigel was exceptionally helpful in dealing with a complex travel issue. He ensured that he understood my needs fully and took a few moments to find the optimum solution for me, giving me two alternatives. He completed the transaction promptly and sent me a copy to check it met my needs. It did and I had a complete solution within an hour.

Nigel even phoned back to see if an alternative flight might better suit my needs.

I will phone Nigel whenever I have a flight need. He was patient, courteous and precise in dealing with my travel needs. He managed to get me a great price for my journey to Perth. Great customer service.

DO NOT USE….VERY DISAPPOINTED

I know everyone has a different experience with this company. We flew to New Zealand from London. Initially Chris was very helpful. I was toying between two companies to book and Chris was VERY persuasive and kind of pushy that he got the business. Because we were travelling to multi cities it was a very expensive booking. There were lots of mistakes which turned into lots of stress ie transfer didn’t turn up leaving us stranded in kuala lumpur airport. Wa left out of pocket due to the London fire but no help at all with any satisfactory insurance advice or how to claim back. Didn’t answer emergency number which apparently supposed to be 24hrs.no advice on what we needed to do if we had to travel a few days later on a leg of the flight due to illness. As a result had to pay again for flights home because of them not booking flights home. I may have been unlucky but lost a lot of money fue to total disinterest in helping after it was booked. As a disabled mum with an ill son , this was incredibly Very angry and disappointed and will be taking this further.
