I know everyone has a different experience with this company. We flew to New Zealand from London. Initially Chris was very helpful. I was toying between two companies to book and Chris was VERY persuasive and kind of pushy that he got the business. Because we were travelling to multi cities it was a very expensive booking. There were lots of mistakes which turned into lots of stress ie transfer didn’t turn up leaving us stranded in kuala lumpur airport. Wa left out of pocket due to the London fire but no help at all with any satisfactory insurance advice or how to claim back. Didn’t answer emergency number which apparently supposed to be 24hrs.no advice on what we needed to do if we had to travel a few days later on a leg of the flight due to illness. As a result had to pay again for flights home because of them not booking flights home. I may have been unlucky but lost a lot of money fue to total disinterest in helping after it was booked. As a disabled mum with an ill son , this was incredibly Very angry and disappointed and will be taking this further.

While we sympathize with the challenges you experienced, it’s important to correct several serious inaccuracies in your review.
Your trip was affected by the Heathrow fire in March, but we immediately rebooked your flight free of charge so your journey could continue with minimal disruption. After arriving in Kuala Lumpur, you chose to remain there for a few extra days due to personal reasons without informing us or the airline. As a result, the remaining flights on your itinerary were automatically cancelled in accordance with standard airline policy.
You repeatedly assured us that all flight segments had been used, which we later confirmed was untrue through the airline’s records. Only then did you admit to booking an entirely separate ticket to continue your journey. Because the ticket was not used as booked, the return flight from New Zealand was invalidated by the airline.
Despite this, we offered to assist with your return—including complimentary accommodation and a flexible payment plan—to help you get back without being financially burdened. These offers were declined. It’s also important to note that following this, you ignored repeated calls from our team, yet now, months later, have posted a public review that misrepresents the facts and our extensive efforts to help.
We operate within strict airline rules, and your decisions directly impacted the outcome of your travel. We were transparent, responsive, and supportive throughout, and we strongly reject the suggestion of negligence or lack of care.
For privacy and data protection, we can’t go into further detail here, but we urge you to reach out to our Customer Care team if you genuinely wish to resolve this matter.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
I was a bit worried when I booked tickets to Australia. I had just lost my husband and was not thinking very straight. I hadn’t heard of the company before and was worried that I might have been scammed!
I needn’t have worried! Chris was there to speak to if I had any queries and managed to get me an offer for an earlier flight. Everything went smoothly the whole way, there and back. Great airline (Singapore airlines),
I would not hesitate to use this company again!
