Nigal the person doing our tickets and visas was very helpful and made things easy for us many thanks

Trustworthy, patient with slow customers, efficient.

Whilst searching for business class deals to Melbourne, Australia, on Google, I came across Travloc, a travel company I wasn't familiar with.
I called them up and had the pleasure to deal with Chris, who right from the start listened to our requirements, addressed them all swiftly, efficiently and very professionally. Resulting in a good and very competitive deal.
We got the impression he takes great pride in his job and cares about his clients.
We didn't even bother contacting other agencies as his service was so outstanding, that we booked the tickets with him the following day.
We're now 3 days later and several correspondence messages later, he continues to deliver in the same way. Very impressive and what an asset to this company he is! Someone like that is like gold-dust these days!

The customer service was excellent, they talked me through any inquiries I had and made sure I found the best possible deal for my flights. I will 100% be booking with them again.

Travelock is a great and very helpful Travel Agency, this wasn't the 1st time I have used their services and will use again. I am very happy with the advice I got from the Agent who helped me. I have booked my trip to USA.

I rang Travlock after seeing very reasonable airfares advertised. I spoke with Chris who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly to obtain the best possible fare within my limited time frame and budget. I'm very pleased with the final arrangements and highly recommend calling Travlock to assist with your travel.

Timely response and quality delivery services from the agent is superb. Irrespective of not seeing in person but there is trust base on the feedback and polite interactive sessions online. I was very much impressed with the Agent whom I negotiated with yesterday to discount on the flight cost for my family from Freetown to London.
