Our technology-enabled infrastructure and systems have enabled us to operate and maintain an efficient and lean organization related to the size of our operations. We have not required any equity infusion subsequent to our original incorporation requirements, and we have historically financed our working capital requirements and the expansion of our business and operations primarily through funds generated from our operations

scammers ! be aware!

They were trying to scam me by repeatedly increasing price in the payment link !
I'm sad and shocked and disappointed because of my many years history in dealing with them.

We understand your concern and would like to inform you that you have contacted our chat team to make a booking quote and our team informed you that the price is not updated on the website and we will send you a quote with the correct amount and an email was sent. Later you decided to make a quote on the website directly (where the price update was still pending). After few hours when you decided to make payment , you noticed that the price is revised, which was clearly informed to you initially when you came on chat by our team

Our team was quiet transparent in informing you that the price is wrong on the website and there was nothing hidden. Its not at all a scam, because we educated you and informed you about our price change even before you made any payment.

It could have been a scam , if our team collected payment from you and later contacted you asking for more money.

We have always been transparent with all our customers and in this case we did our best to communicate with you but you have decided to go post a false review .

tight transfer experience

We had a 2 hour window in New Delhi between landing from Tokyo (international) and a domestic transfer. We were whisked to immigration and while we were completing that, the porters rushed ahead and grabbed our checked in baggage off of the belt. They then whisked us to a special line for domestic transfers and walked us all the way to the checkin gate where we were able to checkin with baggage (all said from intl flight arrival to domestic checkin counter took us 45 minutes!). Great service, very personable friendly staff and friendly efficient. 5 stars.

My mother loved the service and the lady who accompanied her was so professional and nice . She says the service was excellent and amazing 10/10 👍. Please tell her my mom says hi to her. Also thank her and the company for everything. Keep up the good work.

Such a awesome service which you provide. Our passenger's are using from last 2/3 years and they are very much happy for your VIP MEET AND ASSIST service.

I was a little concerned

I was a little concerned. Booked on an .ae site, seemed to be International and payment Was through yet another company.
My concerns were unfounded. Service worked great, staff was friendly helpfull and all went well.
Can be recommended
