After looking back at the application prepared by Travfordable, I genuinely do not understand how anyone could consider it a professionally prepared visa file.
The travel itinerary they provided made very little sense. For a 10-day trip to Greece, the entire stay was shown at a single accommodation with no meaningful travel plan, activities, or movement between locations. It looked more like a generic template than a genuine holiday itinerary prepared around our actual plans.
The flight and accommodation reservations also raised concerns for me. Some of the bookings appeared to be temporary or placeholder reservations rather than properly planned travel arrangements. After reading reviews from accommodation providers claiming that bookings were being made and later cancelled, I became even more concerned about how these applications were being prepared. While I cannot verify those claims independently, they reflected many of the concerns I already had about my own application.
Another major issue was the lack of proper guidance. We were not clearly informed about which supporting documents would be needed for the application, which left us uncertain about what to prepare and submit.
What frustrates me most is that after the refusal there was no accountability. Everything was blamed on us, our finances, or the embassy, but there was no willingness to discuss whether the quality of the application itself may have contributed to the outcome. Looking back, I keep asking myself why I paid money for a service if I ultimately had to do so much of the work and verification myself. Unfortunately, I was too trusting at the time and only realised this after the application was refused.
The biggest lesson I learned is that paying an agency does not automatically mean your application will be prepared correctly. If I could go back, I would simply follow the embassy guidance myself and prepare the file personally.
Based on my experience, better yet throw your money then pay them.

My husband and I paid for their visa service because we believed we were getting expert guidance. Instead, we lost money, wasted time, and ultimately had to complete the process ourselves.
One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper guidance. We were never provided with a clear and comprehensive list of documents that should be submitted. We relied on their advice, only to later discover that important documents were either missing or had not been properly discussed with us. When we attended our appointment, embassy staff reviewed the file and it became obvious that the application was not prepared to the standard we had expected. We left feeling embarrassed and frustrated after spending so much money on a service that was supposed to help us avoid exactly these kinds of problems.
Another concern was the travel documentation. The flight reservations and itinerary provided to us raised serious concerns. The accommodation plan showed us staying in the same place in Greece for the entire trip, which did not reflect the travel plans we had discussed. The most frustrating part is that after all of this, we later followed the official requirements ourselves, prepared the documentation properly, and successfully obtained the visa. Looking back, we would have been better off doing the application ourselves from the beginning.
My advice to others is simple: do not use their service. The visa application process is straightforward if you follow the embassy's official guidance, and in my experience, you are better off preparing and submitting everything yourself.

So recently, there is a company Travfordable(Harris is the person)I contacted them for my Schengen visa, and they booked me in for an immediate appointment for Switzerland. So I paid them £20 for the appointment booking and £90 for their service. And when they booked me in for the appointment, I couldn't go to the appointment because I had work. And then I asked them if there is any future available dates to let me know. They never did that. And I got to know that there was slot available, but they did not let me know. And when I told them that there is slot being available, why are you not letting me know, they refused. So initially, I asked them to refund my, what do I say, service charge that is £90 because as I haven't made it to the appointment, I could not get the service. So they told me they are only going to refund me £30 because they have booked me in for the appointment. But the appointment itself is £20 separately that I'm not asking back for. I'm asking back for the service charge. They refused to do it. And we argued back and forth for a long time. Even I asked help from ChatGPT, like you, and you helped me through that. Then I'm... Stop arguing with them and contact the bank for saying that it's a scam and I want my money back. So they charged it to excess hundred chargeback and stuff like that and only gave me £10 back. So I contacted that agency in December and all of that happened maybe in February or March, yes. And the bank just returned me £10 from the whole £20 and £90 from the whole £110. And after that I contacted the bank and then they say, oh, why you have applied for the scam? So they haven't scammed you, they are a legit company, but you could have get the service if you went to the appointment, but you did not go to the appointment, it's your problem. So it's not a scam. What should I do now? Like, I don't know.
I had a wonderful experience of filing my visa with Travfordable, they took care of everything. I just needed to print the documents a day before my appointment and I got my visa for 6 months multiple entries. Highly recommended!!

They wont reply to your messages the documents they prepare did not justify the purpose of visit and my visa got rejected, it is clearly mentioned in the letter that the purpose of intended stay was not clear but still they won’t take any responsibilty for that. They will give the solution as just to reapply again and again and wasting your money. For money making, they offer premium appointments . They will never reply you on time and making promotions by so many influencers. People reach out to them and trusting unknown agencies like them is a huge mistake. Do not go for them.

This is my first review on Trustpilot, and I am writing it because this so-called “visa assistance agency” is a complete scam. They create fake hotel and hostel bookings for visa purposes. As a hostel owner, I reject every single request when a visa officer contacts me to verify these reservations.
I personally told Travfordavle to stop using my hostel, but their customer support is incompetent and arrogant. They even claimed they are “bringing me guests” and that I should be thankful. They know perfectly well that all these fake bookings are cancelled immediately after the visa decision is made.
Looking at the number of negative reviews from people whose visas were rejected, their business model is very clear.
I am writing this email to formally raise a complaint about my experience with your visa services, which resulted in financial loss, visa refusal, and unacceptable handling of responsibility.
After connecting with your team, I was charged for visa assistance services. During the payment process, my bank Monzo flagged the transaction with a warning stating that this payment might be a scam. Despite the warning, the payment went through, as I trusted your assurances and continued with the process.
Once payment was made, I was promised an early appointment. However, the appointment that was eventually provided was almost a month later, which was completely contrary to what was promised before taking payment. This delay itself affected the application timeline significantly.
You processed my application for Greece, but the quality of the application file was extremely poor. The flight tickets provided were fake and, shockingly, issued under someone else’s name. The supporting cover letter was badly drafted, generic, and clearly not tailored to my profile or circumstances. These are critical elements of a visa application, and such errors make rejection inevitable.
As expected, the visa was refused. In addition to losing the visa fee paid to the embassy, I also lost the amount paid to your company. When I raised this issue, instead of reviewing your mistakes, I was told that the rejection was my fault. I was falsely informed that my bank balance was insufficient.
This explanation is completely untrue. I maintained a balance of around £5,000 in my account, which is well above the required amount for the visa. Additionally, my monthly salary is approximately £4,000, which clearly demonstrates financial stability. Claiming low funds in this situation is misleading and dishonest.
What is even more concerning is your public response pattern to negative feedback. I have noticed that whenever complaints are raised, your company responds by stating that there was no client under that name. This raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability, especially when clients have proof of payment, communication, and submitted documents.
This email is written to formally record my experience and to highlight the serious issues in your service delivery. I expect accountability and an appropriate response rather than denial or blame shifting.

From the beginning, communication felt rushed and unclear. Basic questions were either ignored or answered very casually, as if the process was routine and foolproof. I was repeatedly assured that everything would be handled professionally and that I did not need to worry about documentation because they “take care of everything”. This turned out to be completely false.
A major issue was the way supporting documents were handled. Important details were either missing, poorly prepared, or clearly not aligned with embassy requirements. I later found out that some documents submitted on my behalf were not accepted formats at all. When I raised concerns and asked for clarification, I was told that this was “normal” and that embassies reject applications randomly, which I later learned was untrue.
After the rejection, instead of taking responsibility or reviewing what went wrong, they pushed me to reapply immediately and asked for additional payment, without properly correcting the mistakes from the first application. There was no clear explanation of why the visa failed or what would be changed the second time. It felt like they were more interested in collecting fees than fixing the actual problem.
The most worrying part came when I started asking for written explanations and proof of what had been submitted. The tone of communication suddenly changed. Calls were discouraged, messages became defensive, and I was made to feel like I was the problem for asking valid questions. When I mentioned that I would share my experience publicly to warn others, I was threatened and told there would be consequences for posting reviews.
Because of this experience, I chose not to proceed with them any further. I later applied on my own, followed official embassy guidance directly, and clearly understood how many mistakes had been made earlier. Friends who avoided Travfordable and applied independently were approved without issues, which says a lot.
This review is written to warn others. Please do not rely solely on promises and verbal assurances. Always verify what is being submitted in your name.
Finally, I want to add that this company has a pattern of threatening people who leave negative reviews. In public responses, they often claim that the reviewer was never their client or that no such person exists. This is misleading and simply an attempt to discredit genuine experiences.
