The personal attention is great. Having someone walk you through the process is very helpful. That being said, there are a couple of things that world make things better from the customer's side.
1. It would have helped to understand the full process - that I was going to be sending my paperwork to your office in San Francusco, and them someone would hand walk it over to the government office. Then after it's completed, someone from your office would pick it up and overnight it to me.

When I was in the office with my paperwork, the agent flagged that it was your company's address in the placed of my address and insisted that meant that the government would mail my passport to your home office and not to me, further delaying the process. Naturally I was alarmed as the agent was insistent that was the case. Had I known how to explain what was actually going to happen, it would have taken a ton of stress out of the situation for me.

Also. There were more out of pocket expenses that were not clearly communicated to me, even though I asked multiple questions in an effort to get a clear idea of what was going to take place. Such as the fee at the party office. And another fee for passport photos. Also, the post office I was sent to did not have a functioning passport photo booth. I had to travel a mile away to a Walgreens, which made me late for my appointment, which made me have to wait 2.5 hours in line only to find that they wouldn't have time for me that day and I'd have to come back the following day to process the paperwork. I was lucky that I could take the time off work to do it, but not everyone has that luxury.
