Quick delivery

Purchased a suitcase which on first use had bits falling off of it. Left a review on ebay and this was the reply:

“We're sorry to hear about the issue with your case during your flight and the inconvenience caused by the opener falling off. At Travellers Home, we are committed to providing high-quality products, and it's clear this situation didn't meet those standards.We will work out with you and provide the best option to make this right. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. And we'll ensure this is addressed promptly.”

This wa a complete lie. Nothing was done other than blaming the airline. They seem to thinks it’s acceptable that their products fall apart after single use.

The packaging was really good. The bag was in good condition. I like travellers. I recommend others to go for their products.

I was looking to replace my very expensive hard case luggage that was destroyed by baggage handlers. I came across this bag which has many of the features I liked from my old bag, such as the aluminium frame and TSA locks, but for a fraction of the price. This new one is also lighter because of the plastic shell

Reached out for clarification on two items regarding the advertised Airway Titan Carry on suitcase that I was interested in purchasing, both very important for carry on luggage, size and weight.
SIZE
The luggage is advertised as 53cm x 49cm x 23 cm.
I asked for confirmation that this was in compliance with Qantas Australia's carry on restrictions (56cm x 46cm x 23cm) as it looks like a misleading description. `The response `i received was evasive and did not answer the question.
WEIGHT
The luggage is advertised as 2.9kg which is at variance to other websites.
This review was triggered by the lack of assistance but is broader than that in the context of advertisements for carry on luggage. If the size exceeds the airline maximum size it must not be advertised as Carry on luggage.

This is the second backpack that I have bought recently from this website. Both are the Swisswin brand. Both are of high quality, and exactly what I wanted, good sizing, and were true to their pictures and descriptions on the website.

I spent some time researching suitcases, looking for a lightweight easy to pack and handle bag for solo travelling. I loved the look of the Granite Gear bag, but most stores had it priced out of my reach. Then I found Travellers Home and my perfect bag at a great price. I ordered it and it was delivered the next morning, coming from Sydney to the NSW far south coast. Amazing service and a great quality product.

Quality bag, dispatched quickly and arrived as promised. Would not hesitate to use again!

Waited for 2 months for an item which was ordered.
Never came. Never in stock.
They offered me another item every time that I asked where my original order is and how it's tracking(when it'll come into stock).
In the end I agreed on an item that looked decent in photos and was about $100 of more value than the original one!
The item came.
Absolutely horrendous and disgusting! Ridiculous quality. Smaller than a box of matches!
Absolutely crap experience!
