Peace of mind
I purchased purely.for piece of mind for a UK camping trip. Cover gives all I need.

Annual rip off as usual
Whilst I prefer to stay with the same level of cover I fail to see how the cost escalated £50 after a 20% reduction to renew. I feel ripped off but the insurance industry is all the same.

I understand that we have now spoken with you and offered a larger returning customer discount to try and assist with reducing that price for you and hopefully appease your disappointment a little. But, regardless we are still grateful you decided to use us above anyone else so we are confident our prices are still competitive.
We do understand how frustrating the increasing cost of life can be. Sadly, it's not just the Insurance Industry but, everything else being the same. Although we don't sell a physical product you can see or touch, our product is still affected by rising costs in exactly the same way as everything else and although we would like to stay at the same price for you, it's not always possible.

My son has a complex congenital heart…
My son has a complex congenital heart condition and although stable for over a decade premiums are often high. This company offers competitive rates. Last year he had the basic cover but only charged £4 more for the most comprehensive cover this year. Easy to use website quotations and put cover in place.

I haven't needed to make a claim but…
I haven't needed to make a claim but they give fair prices and cover my existing conditions. When I needed to add conditions the price either remained the same or barely changed. Will continue to use. I have renewed once already.

Understanding and knowledgeable service
The lady dealing with my enquiry knew all about MND which my husband has and was extremely helpful and understanding to get the best cover for our first holiday away since his diagnosis. She gave me peace of mind and I have already recommended the company within one of our MND support groups.

I'm 70 years old
I'm 70 years old, I have health issues at the rate of a new one each year, or so it seems!
My grateful thanks to travelinsurance4medical for always giving me a break. My insurance for Greece works out at £35 per day which I think is really good, a whole lot better than I expected. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I ended up getting sick in Thailand…
I ended up getting sick in Thailand with food poisoning, and ended up in hospital. They were very prompt in dealing my claim, and settled the payment quickly with the hospital.
Very impressed with the service. Will definitely use them again.

Because of the lack of information on my destinations I had to phone through my application. Having a previous insurance form in front of me made it a lot quicker. The agent was extremely helpful and understanding. The price was reasonable.
