Peace of mind
The team member who i spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. When the initial provider could not provide cover the sister company was utilised providing us the cover we needed in order to ensure we could travel with good cover for our trip and peace of mind. She was patient and reassuring throughout

I needed travel insurance that would…
I needed travel insurance that would cover me for my existing medical conditions, and this company offered a very reasonable price compared with other providers.
The whole process was easy and straightforward to complete online, without having to spend a long time on the phone discussing private medical information. I really appreciated how simple and convenient the application was.
I also loved receiving their story by email and learning that they are a family-run business, which made me feel that there was genuine support available should I ever need to make a claim while abroad. I also appreciated the friendly welcome email and the helpful links provided in case I needed to make a claim.
Thankfully, I didn't need to make a claim during my holiday, so I can't comment on that part of the service. However, based on my experience so far, I would definitely use them again.
I'm even considering cancelling the insurance included with my bank account, as I pay a monthly fee for it and was still quoted a much higher premium than I paid with this company.
