Something you dont get from the larger companies who refuse to insure people with medical conditions after giving them 20 years of your business!

Easy online renewal and cheaper than last year!

I used Confused.com to get travel insurance for Israel and entered all my details, including my destination. I understood that a comparison site should only show policies that actually cover the trip, so I believed I was covered when I bought it.
I only found out afterwards that I was not insured because of the government travel warning, and they refused to refund me. I think this is misleading and unfair.

I had got stuck on the website at a point of trying to move on to the next section of the application for a quote. A very pleasant & sympathetic member of customer service staff helped with the completion of the form over the phone. She also said she would investigate why the problem had arisen. This year the Superior level of annual cover was more appropriate for my needs & good value, especially with a 20% discount for a returning customer.

My wife and I spoke to a lovely lady named Beth who discussed and arranged everything for us. She was so friendly and professional we were very happy.
Usually sorting these things out can be quite boring but it was great to speak to a real person who had natural empathy for us so thankyou very much. I shall share with everyone I know who needs travel cover 😊

Easy completion and competitive price

My daughter took ill in Greece and took to hospital, if you wanna call it that, never fed first day, would not supply drinks and second day bowl of slop for food and ignored by rude nurses who couldn't speak English, non of them could, you get better food in prison by the way and I'm serious. .... Not the insurers fault, after a call to this insurance explaining situation these guys where absolutely brilliant.... Special mention to Lewis who dealt with my call, she's now in a private hospital and Lewis, I'm so grateful for the speed in which this was dealt with, I have no doubt had I called day earlier it would of been dealt with earlier but I didn't know myself til day 2.
Based on what I've witnessed a big Thankyou to this medical 4 you insurance and I suggest dear people, if going to Greece, pay the extra so you know you'll get private hospital care if needed because from what I've witnessed, their public hospitals have very rude staff, you will not be helped properly, not fed or hydrated properly with rude staff who obviously are not qualified to be called nurses, doctors also lack... not given meds and for food you'd be better checking shop bins for a better munch than what their public hospitals give.
Zakynthos is a hospital you really need to give a wide birth from.
Had it not been for Lewis prompt attention to this situation she could of been stuck there for another week.
