Fab experience from start to finish. Beautiful hotel recommendation which we have since shared with others asking for our views. Lots of communication on the holiday planning, travel arrangements and reminders such as to print boarding passes in advance for heading back to the UK from Marrakesh.

Fantastic service from Karen throughout the whole booking process. She was able to make changes as required when national events happened. Have already used her for another trip and will continue to use her again for future bookings.
