Travel E Smart Anmeldelser

The are very good with their work

I normally book my flights directly with the airline however on this occasion, having been economically restrained, I approached Travel Smart with trepidation on engaging an online travel agency.
Edward sensed my hesitation and across a few phone calls managed to change my mind completely.
With Edward's knowledge and skills, I was able to secure a flight very much to my requirements and preference.
With every interaction, I gained more confidence in Edward's abilities and in the service in general that I found myself recommending Travel Smart to my friends.
Well done Edward and Smart Travel in general.
I am now a repeat customer!

Ma sha Allah best experience of Umrah with this company. Specialy Hamzah who arranged everything so good and even remained in touch with me on my whole tour. Not faced a single problem. If you are going with family or friends i would recommend you try them at least once, you will not regret.

*pre booking*
I was feeling anxious at the time of booking.. we had a few hiccups to-ing & fro-ing to get it right. But agent Hamza kept in touch and reassured us that everything is in good hands.

*our experience*
Alhumdulillah my family have been blessed to go Umrah many times. We have had different experiences each time. This trip booked with E-smart was perfect in every way. I thankyou from our hearts. We have been looked after from the min of landing, pick up from agents have been punctual. The choices of hotels, standards and distance/location all was spot on. When we arranged ziyaraat and transfer, we were picked up on time, I have to add... Ah🤲🏼 in luxury comfortable transport each time.
Hamza at E-smart also messaged regularly to see if we were okay, and kindly sent umrah guide notes too.
The package was thoroughly thought through to accommodate my family with children.
We have had a beautiful experience to remember, & InshaAllah hope to go many times again🤲🏼Ameen
I have had many guests visiting us after Umrah.. and many have taken contact details.
I look forward to booking again.

100 percent professionalism is what you get from this company. Bro Hamza is a friendly, genuine and down to heart person. I booked Umrah last minute and He ensured the process was done successfully and was also supportive of me whilst I was in Makkah.
This company (E smart) service is second to none. They are very reliable, cheaper and trustworthy. Please use them for your Hajj or Umrah Booking.

The service was really good
Eric was really polite

I was passed this companies number for umrah hotels. I spoke with Saqib, he was absolutely amazing. He was a good listener, understood what I wanted. He then went on to calculate a number of options.
Each time I came back with another hotel name, thought, question he readily answered without hesitation. At times I thought I have bugged him so much he's probably annoyed - quite the contrary. He replied no problem, I can give you 100's of options.
I just wanted to write this review to say Saqib has done a lot of calculations for us, he did not tire & nor was he annoyed. This is what is missing from travel agents these days... listening skills, compassion & understanding which Saqib displayed amazingly.
Thank you for all the leg work you've done for us & the advice you've provided.

Our agent Haider was very punctual and very adhering to our requests and our changes. The hotel choices were brilliant and the location superb - right outside the haram and the masjid nawabi. Everything was at our doorstep. The transport and ziyarats were planned well and comfortable rides. Haider advised us well and helped us with understanding how to book the rawdah. I recommend this company for a stress free umrah.
