Travelated Anmeldelser 

I reserved a hotel through travelled. Upon arrival the hotel had no reservation. Had never even heard of Travelated. I called the only number possible for Travelated. I was told I could only make bookings and was hung up on. I’ve emailed with no response. It’s a fraudulent company.

I made a booking through TRAVELATED.COM, but unfortunately selected the wrong option—I booked only the hotel when I intended to book a hotel + flight package. I contacted Travelated immediately, kindly asking for a refund so I could rebook the correct package that included the flight. This trip was meant to be a birthday gift for my girlfriend, and everything was planned around that. I live in Sweden, and the travel dates were chosen to escape the cold weather and enjoy a warm destination together.

I explained everything in detail to them, but the resolution process took over a month, which completely ruined our trip. There was zero coordination between Travelated and the hotel, despite them supposedly being partners. Instead of working together to fix the issue, they kept sending me back and forth—Travelated told me to contact the hotel, and the hotel referred me back to Travelated. This endless loop was incredibly frustrating and mentally exhausting.

I don’t know if they did it out of the kindness of their heart or just because I had all the proof in photos showing that these two parties were constantly saying different things and pushing me to contact one and then the other, asking me to send evidence—when they could have just contacted each other and confirmed it themselves.

The only positive part of this experience was that they at least responded to my emails (though I had to send multiple messages from different email addresses to get a reply). Eventually, I did receive a refund, which I appreciated—but the time, stress, and lost experience were not worth it.

Personally, I will not book through this website again, though others might have a different experience. I sincerely hope that Travelated and their partner hotels improve their communication and teamwork, instead of making customers handle everything themselves.

ガムラスタンへも徒歩で行けるので、とても便利でした
朝食もバラエティ豊かで、毎日美味しかったです
部屋はコンパクトにまとめられていて使い勝手が良く、特にカウチに座ってのんびりしました
ストックホルムに来た時はまた泊まりたいです

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Vilnius

Clean,and every thing was perfect, but there wasn't slippers so i call the reception and after 10 minutes they bring it, also it's needed me almost 10 minutes walking to Souq Waqif and 3 minutes to metro station

I will never use this site again. No matter what.

Excellent service

People who works in the hotel are friendly, helpfull and the hotel is strategicaly situated just in front of the Central Station.
The breakfast is great and the rooms are quiet and clean.

Great room, great facilities nice staff. Parking close by and excellent location. Check out 12.00 was helpful

They booked me for the incorrect hotel. Confirmation email actually contained information with GPS coordinates of the hotel I wanted, so I had evidence they made an error (intentional or not). They wouldn’t acknowledge their error and I had to have charges reversed by credit card company. Customer service unhelpful and refusal to connect with manager, likely fraudulent

Prenotazione veloce e chiara. La mail che ho ricevuto di conferma della prenotazione era chiara e descriveva esattamente tutto quello che avevo acquistato e quanto avrei pagato di tasse. Nessuna sorpresa quando mi sono ritrovato in albergo.

Super hôtel, emplacement plein centre de madrid, a 3min du métro, excellent buffet pour le petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse mais un peu froide pas assez chauffé et faire attention aux escaliers de la piscine qui sont très glissant...plusieurs ont glissé dont moi même...a recommander
