Well sorted for ski holidays
I have used DFS for several ski holidays and highly recommend them. Last holiday in Canada Feb 2015 was delayed leaving by one day by airline. DFC rebooked everything and even did the travel claim for us.

Focused on ensuring we had a great holiday
The Dive Fish and Snow team ensured we had a great holiday skiing in Japan. They subsequently assisted us with a travel insurance claim which was most helpful.
We would suggest that they update the information regarding how to get through to NZ on the telephone from Furano Prince Hotel. This was not correct on our itinerary and proved to be a problem in an emergency.

Consistently excellent ski trips
My wife and I and our young daughter have now taken 6 ski trips to Canada, all of which have been arranged by Dive, Fish, and Snow. We have always been absolutely satisfied with all aspects of their planning, from the flights and transfers within Canada to the accommodation, etc. We have never had any problems with the arrangements they make for us. We've just booked our 7th trip with Amy Moore at Dive, Fish, Snow for Jan. 2016. She is great at organising the trips and getting us great deals.

Happy with Dive Fish Snow experience
Hi - we have booked ski holidays twice through Dive Fish Snow and both times we have had really good service and advice. They have found accommodation to suit our budgets and given good advice around resorts.

Best source of knowledge and value for money for our ski holiday
In 2104 we worked with Claire to design a 4 week family ski holdiay across the USA and Canada duing the busy Decemeber and January holiday season. teh outcoemwas awesome, it all went off without a single issue thanks to Claire's knowledge, advice and coordination.

Great Company.
We have been using Dive Fish Snow for well over 10 years. They are great people to deal with. We have never had a problem. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free skiing holiday.

MY 12YEAR OLD DAUGHTER & I TRAVELLED,WITH FISH/DIVE SNOW ,TO BIG WHITE FOR A TWO SKI HOLIDAY,APART FROM THE WAIT AT THE AIRPORT ,BETWEEN CONNECTING FLIGHT , WE VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUT HOLIDAY...& MY DAUGHTER KEEPS ASKING WHEN WE CAN GO BACK TO "BIG WHITE"

Stobos to Whistler
It was a great trip as DFS had anticipated our needs to have a ski on ski out condo,reserve good ski equipment and find a variety of places to dine at.The Vancouver apartment was also perfect.Shows the importance of an early KYC process.What they couldn't organise was the weather which was outstanding,and snow condition over Xmas/NY.

Skiing Sun Peaks, Canada - Thanks Dive Fish Snow
For the last two years I have used the team at Dive Fish Snow to help organise skiing holidays for myself and my teenage son, with Sun Peaks, Canada the destination both times. We have had fantastic trips. Nothing was too much trouble; they jumped through quite a few hoops to get me the best price available, and had heaps of helpful advice the first time I booked. They are 'ski smart' and know the issues re travelling with gear. I would not use any other travel agent to book skiing holidays through, and I live on the opposite side of Auckland to their office! Highly recommend these people!

Probably the best decision I made on the trip
I trusted them entirely with what I wanted and we chatted thru options - I then ran with the recommendations based on that and was guided. Cool. Easy. It all happened. I was left enjoying the experience vs worrying.
And I truly think I got way better value than figuring it all out myself.
No question - I will be using again.

Aspen holiday
Very late arrival due to snow delays. Hard to find our apartment and no tea coffee or anything to warm us up on 1am arrival. Our 2nd week was in town at a complex that we put dive fish and snow on to. Felt like we got no better deal than what we could have done ourselves

Changes to your travel plans due to bad weather can happen at this time of year. We have an emergency free-phone number from the USA for just such events and, if we had been contacted, could have alerted the hotel to your late arrival so that they would have looked out for you.
In relation to getting no better deal than booking yourself, we pride ourselves in providing the best deals for our clients. We were able to get the same price for your hotel in Aspen as you could have paid direct, plus you get the benefits of booking through Dive Fish Snow Travel, such as paying in NZ dollars and being protected by the Travel Agents Association of NZ (TAANZ).
I believe you otherwise had a fantastic time and have since contacted our consultant, Janette, and are well on your way to booking your next ski holiday with us.
Great company to work with.
Staff at Dive Fish and Snow provided prompt and valuable advice on snorkeling options in the coral triangle recommending Uepi Island in the Solomons. Bookings and travel were trouble free and we had a fantastic holiday in a fascinating and special place.
