Wonderful and very comfortable helmet! Love it.

Received an email for 20% off and even though I had to take a pay cut due to Covid-19, I decided to order a new helmet since mine was recently involved in a fall. The helmet came in record time but sadly, it didn’t fit right. Since there is only a 14 day return policy, I immediately emailed per the return instructions. Then a few days went by with no response and I called and left a VM. Then a few more days passed and I emailed again. Then a few more days passed and I called and left another message. On day 10, I posted on an equestrian FB forum and found out that Trauma Void and Back on Track are owned by the same parent company. I forwarded my email thread to the BoT contact asking for assistance and immediately get a response from BoT and then not much later, a response from TV. I was going to exchange for a different helmet with a deeper profile, but have decided to search for a company with better CS. This is my first interaction with TV and I’m very saddened as I ski and bike in MIPS technology so want to ride in it as well and there aren’t that many MIPS riding helmets on the market.

You were not responsive to my calls, emails re: questions I had about fit of helmet I received. You cut me cold once you had my money for the product

Super safe helmet and very comfortable

Riding of a series of jumps. the horse refused the second jump hard. Went over the head of the horse and struck a large plastic flower pot with my head. Helmet worked perfect, received no injuries to my head. Helmet absorbed the impact perfectly. I will always buy a Trauma Void helmet from now on.

I has reservations about trying a new type of helmet via mail order, but didn't have much choice between the retention harness breaking on my old helmet and the lockdown. My head measured right between the medium & large sizes. Fortunately, it fit like a glove out of the box and is so comfy, I forget it's on. Shipping was quick, well packaged. Perfect fit, looks nice, and the MIPS is a very thin unobtrusive layer between the liner and the shell. As a neurologist who sees a lot of TBIs, I hope never to need the technology, but am appreciative, not only of the SEI/ASTM certifications, but of the advance that MIPS represents. Exactly what I was looking for in a helmet.

Trauma Void did its job .I unexpectedly got unseated when my normally quiet horse spooked spun around quickly and unseated me. I hit the ground and my head hard. If not for Trauma Void I am sure I would have had a head injury and would have landed in the ER.

This helmet is fantastic, it not only fits well and looks good, it is effective at reducing trauma to the brain. I know this personally after taking a hit to the head wearing it. Their customer service is outstanding also. If you value your brain, there is no other choice!

Very nice helmet, stylish, comfortable and reasonably priced.

This helmet looks nice and has much more support and cushion in place for safety. I love knowing that my daughter is well protected when riding. The price is very reasonable, also!

For the safety aspect, I don't know yet if the helmet works to prevent concussion for my 3x concussed child as they have kept their seat and not been tossed into any walls since receiving it.

Fits well, is comfortable, and, according to other riders, looks "very professional!" I was ready to go through a few returns to get the right size, but with the very specific sizing, we got it right the first time. Hurray!

Long-ish shipping time (but then I'm used to 2-day shipping offered by enormous online retailers).

Trauma Void is replacing my helmet because of my chin strap issues. amazing that they are standing behind their product this way!

I really like the fit and comfort of the helmet. Unfortunately the chin strap is a problem. It doesn't stay tight, and the daily adjustment means I have to remove the little chin pad, which is losing it's stickiness and not wanting to stay put anymore. The extra length of the strap requires that pas to not be sloppy. This is a shame because otherwise it is a fantastic helmet.

Comfortable, well-ventilated helmet that seems well made. I just wish the style was a little more flattering to the wearer... it has quite a high profile.

I have the Trauma Void Lynx and I love it! The dial fit is great because as I wear it for hours at a time, I can adjust the fit which has cut back on headaches. I just wish it had a wider brim.

The EQ3 was too shallow for me, but the Lynx fits perfectly. Very comfortable - and safe!

Very comfortable and wear all day while riding or doing trail work. My previous helmet another brand made my head hurt within 2 hours and didn't have the protection.
