TRANS-PORTUGAL Anmeldelser

Friendly staff, great service and everything arrived perfectly. Can't fault it.

TPI is a very professional company. Highly recommended for UK/Portugal removals. All of the guys I have met in packing, unpacking and assembly have done a first rate job. The admin team too are very helpful and efficient. This is the third time I have used TPI and will do so again fir any future work.

Excellent service throughout (in London & Lisbon)! We can highly recommend the company to anyone. Clara and her team delivered an excellent service from A-Z. We had to relocate within 6 weeks but the team made sure that everything went very smooth. The whole team is highly experienced and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and we thank them for their help & service!

Very professional service, fair price and friendly staff, would recommend it! Sent the boxes from the UK to Portugal and they all arrived in good condition and within a few days

I am so pleased I chose Trans-Portugal for my move from London to Portugal. The whole process has been great, with all the staff I've dealt with along the way being so professional and friendly. Everything was collected and delivered on time and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. My final quote - based on the assessment at the London depot once my things had been collected - was then lowered from the original estimate, which is amazing as I had given accurate details at the start, so I wouldn't have known I was potentially entitled to a lower fee. I think that sort of action reflects the honest, family-run approach of this company. Overall, moving country was stressful enough, so I really appreciate having this seamless experience with Trans-Portugal and have no concerns about recommending them fully for your move.

When selecting a removal firm, I spoke to TPP and was immediately impressed with their local knowledge of Portugal which gave me confidence they knew how to navigate this country. The service was always typically Portuguese-style friendly, and they accommodated my timing and a few changes of plans with ease and efficiency. The move was seamless, the crew polite and helpful. The pricing was competitive. Overall very satisfied with the service and I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

I have received my goods today. I would just like to thank you for your good work. Everything arrived in splendid order and I will definitely be recommending Trans-Portugal to any emigrant.

Congratulations on the excellent service provided both in England and Portugal.

Trans-Portugal provided an excellent service from collection to deliver.
They excel my expectations from the moment a team was sent to pick up my deliveries.
Their staff helped me to wrap and prepare all stuff, showing always willing to politely and professionally assist me. I have to mention Mr. Antonio and his son for their collaboration.
On destination, everything went smoothly and it has been delivered on time.
Strongly suggest their services.

Excellent. I was stressed about the move after to have lived a few ones this last years who turned nightmares. Their commutation, advices, kindness were a real breath. I have done 6 moves on 7 years and it has been the only one without issues, boxes lost or items broken. Finally I found real professionals

To everyone at Trans-Portugal, a very big thank you for moving us back to London from Lisbon in incredibly difficult circumstances of Covid-19. Your staff are professional, efficient & super friendly. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending you guys.

Sara and her team made an amazing job. Because of the lockdown in Spain during COVID19, we didn't have anytime to plan the move and they help us so much making our life very easy. They pack all our stuff in a very professional way and everything arrived really soon and in perfect condition.

I just have words of gratitude and I absolutly recommend them.

Excellent service! I would recommend this to anybody really. All communications with Trans-Portugal were very profissional, they were very responsive and clear. I had a collection scheduled for Mid-April. Due to Covid-19, I decided I wanted to move much sooner before the airports closed. I called Trans-Portugal and they went above and beyond to collect my items a lot sooner than we had scheduled. They literally picked them up the day after my call. I really don't know how to thank them enough for this. Their staff was super professional and polite.

A few days after they informed me they would be able to deliver it not even 2 weeks after collection, which was sooner than they had initially forecasted.

Overall my experience with Trans-Portugal has been excellent. 5*! Obrigado Trans-Portugal!

Excellent service. The UK team who collect our boxes and furniture arrived on time, well prepared and worked professionally wrapping, packing and logging everything. The delivery team in Portugal also arrived on time and worked none stop, with good humor and a professional approach to get everything into the apartment. This was our 5th international move, best so far. Nothing damaged. The back office kept us informed throughout, always supportive, friendly, quick to respond and always helpful. Thanks

Excellent service! Highly recommend

Easy, breezy and great communicators. Great pricing too!
