I highly recommended Training Shed for…
I highly recommended Training Shed for anyone seriously wanting to get healthier & fitter. Alexa the coach I’ve been appointed really has helped me create good habits in my nutrition & has also helped me create a daily routine to fit around my work schedule/ workouts.
I’ve tried many gym memberships before and seem to give up not long after. Alexa has massively changed the way I think & feel about nutrition & helps keeps me motivated to keep going. I can really see the difference after being part of the programme for 3months. My clothes are fitting better, weight is lowering but more importantly my whole wellbeing/mental health is just a lot more positive especially after being stuck at home on furlough for so long. Thank you!

I love the Training Shed. Even in Lockdown, they’ve helped me, solved any issues I’ve had & I can’t wait to get back in the gym once it opens again.

A fantastic business run by informative and friendly staff. An amazing platform is provided for not only improving fitness, but with a focus on nutrition and general well-being.
All the staff are really approachable and knowledgeable.

Having a coach led plan really helped me stay focused through the first 33 days.
Having been trained by Alexa and the team at The Training Shed for a number of years, this is something I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get back into fitness.

I absolutely love this ..
I absolutely love the online flexibility of the Training Shed ! This has really kept me motivated on the app and following the updates on social media!
I can do any of the workouts at any time of the day, and they are updated weekly, so always lots to choose from!
Sometimes I like to join In with the On Demand Classes and feel part of the group workouts, or sometimes I just do the individual workouts depending on time etc.
Complete value for money and lots of nutritious meal options to try with Shed Eats as I am
on the weight loss plan - which is working really well. Finally, I am losing weight and feeling fit !
I am looking forward to continuing with the program after Lockdown, and using the workouts in the gym to keep it fresh, and also taking on holiday to maintain my fitness !
