Item arrived on time but I had a problem with it the service from Trail concerning the problem was very professional and actioned immediately, first class.

Great value sleeping bags, well worth it.

There was a fault with one of my orders (which occurred during delivery). The customer sales team were very helpful and arranged for me to have a replacement within just a few days. Very impressed by this service.

It was delivered to the wrong address. And the bed slightly deflates by the morning. I can tolerate it at the moment and I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning it. It's a shame as it would be nice to be able to purchase stuff from places other than Amazon that deliver to my address and the next day. I hope this helps in improving what and how you do things to take a little slice of Amazons business.

Item not as described requested a return the same day and over 2 weeks later the item hasn't even been picked up.

Tried calling and emailing 'customer services' which respectfully was shockingly unprofessional. No manager to speak to or to call. No official complaints procedure unable to raise a complaint.

Won't give me an alternative way to send the item back so I'm now stuck and our of pocket through no fault of own.

Can't believe there are so many good reviews on here I wonder if these are all genuine.

I've now been told via the PayPal resolution portal that I have to fund a return at my own non refundable expense for a courier to return the item.

The company accepted my return which I placed the day I received the item the validity of my return has become in question? Some 2.5 weeks later as they can't seem to arrange collection as per my consumer rights.

Nice try asking for my personal information which if I didn't send would enable you to take down this review. The lengths companies go to huh.

So I've provided my reference number and phone number so it would be great for a manager to call to discuss and resolve fully.

Keep tuned folks I'm sure there's more to come.

This company supplied me with an air tent and a double sleeping bag , the tent actually went up in minutes ✔️ and the sleeping bag was a joy to sleep in ✔️

Easy ordering, great price. Good looking poles. Wife yet to use them but she's very happy with them. I don't do prime as not happy with their knock Knock run approach to a rubbish delivery service.

Great product at a great price Website easy to use. Air bed delivered in stated time. Only problem was the cardboard box was so tough to open!
Inflation was easy as was deflation. It packed easily into the bag provided.
Recommend the use of an under blanket as it can feel cold under you.

Quickly delivered and the product is easy to use it folds away for easy storage and the volume once opened out is more that enough

There was a problem with the delivery time line, having paid extra for next day delivery it did not arrive until I had left for my holiday. Hence only four star review. The company promptly repaid the extra delivery cost. The walking poles I had ordered were just what I had hoped for. This was my first dealing with this company, so see what the future holds with my next purchase.

The ordering and delivery were fine, but as the poles turned out to be far to stiff to manipulate I tried to return them. I ran into problems with your website which made a simple request for a return label so complicated that I gave up and returned the package at my own expense via Royal Mail. Am now waiting for confirmation of return and a refund.
