Tradeshowdirect Anmeldelser

The Tradeshowdirect team was extremely responsive to my questions and very easy to work with. They even saved me money on shipping costs by getting the work done sooner than expected, and they sent a photo of the monitor stand and graphic I ordered before shipping it out. I won't hesitate to purchase trade show equipment from them again!

Sara is fantastic... Prompt good pricing and outstanding service

After attempting to set up and then attending a tradeshow with the backdrop working we eventually figured out how to properly piece together. Unfortunate that the instructions were not the most intuitive, and the set up time is longer than past backsrops, but overall the design and quality is very good. After talking with tradeshowdirect support I would buy from here again, but pay more attention to assembly requirements and instructions. They were very helpful in supporting us.

Excellent customer service. When an item was out of stock they upgraded to a similar product so I would receive my order in time for the show.

TradeShowDirect was wonderfully helpful. I work for a super small company where I wear many hats - may of the things I do, I have no experience with at all. My having to create signs for a trade show was no exception to this. My initial vision for our signs were done in Word which I saved as PDF. The Sales Manager not only told me that these images were not high enough quality for print, but pointed me in the right direction as to where I could re-create them to make them top-notch. Once I created my signs they helped me to make sure they were in the correct format, and gave me tips to make sure they looked lovely. Hats off to TradeShow Direct - can't wait to see the final result!

Very efficient, reasonable pricing, good service.

Great company to work with. We had a shipping problem and our items arrived damaged (not their fault) and they were very helpful in rushing out the replacement parts we needed in time for our show while simultaneously filing a shipping claim. They made sure we had what we needed so we can go forward with our show -with great, friendly communication.

We are so impressed with Tradeshowdirect! The entire experience was great - from the high level of professionalism and customer service to the beauty and quality of our table display to the fast production and shipping.
Would not hesitate to highly recommend! Thank you!

Fast, smart, proactive service and sales people. Quality products manufactured quickly, shipped quickly, and issues resolved quickly when we had a query. I hope to do business with them again in the future.

Fast, courteous, helpful, professional. Our graphics were very clever and came out perfectly. Danielle and Crystal were great to work with.

Everything was done on time and in a polite and courteous manner. We would definitely use Tradeshowdirect again.

Ordering and making payment very easy. Have not heard or received any information about order being shipped.

The service was excellent and product of high quality. I would recommend without hesitation.

Sarah was both knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend speaking with her. Profesional prompt service, before, during, and after the sale.

Tradeshowdirect's responsiveness to our company's specific customized needs related to our signage design was excellent, from all of the staff with whom we worked.

Always great to work with Tradeshow Direct
