Quick shipping, good prices
The items I needed were on sale at a great price compared to elsewhere. Shipping was very quick and everything arrived well packaged. The only con was that I never actually received an order confirmation email or shipping email from Trade Secrets directly – only my payment confirmation from PayPal. But the items arrived after just a few days so it wasn't a problem in the end.

Ordered item in Nov it took weeks to get delivered, no tracking, follow up with admin and they kept promising me to send a replacement and never did. When the $350 curling iron finally came it was broke, had to return and still waiting on a replacement. Didn’t even offer to expedite the shipping to me. Absolutely awful. Will never purchase or recommend you to anyone

Over a month and still no delivery
I placed an order on December 5th. It has not moved since December 11th - there's no tracking updates. I emailed Trade Secrets support on Dec 22 and no reply even as of today. I called on Dec 23 and someone said they'd email me back, still no email. I have called several times since and no one picks up the phone. Is this company a scam?

I like the trade secrets company
I like the trade secrets company, I love the product that I buy, however, their delivery is really incompetent. Incompetent. I probably will not order online again due to the fact that delivery took 6 days and multiple times that they said they showed up and did not.
