I was VERY impressed by support in the on boarding process. The app itself is a bit of a beast - it feels like it supports everything I could possibly think of when it comes to tracking trades. As such, there is a learning curve but they gamify it to make getting into the nitty gritty of the software a bit more fun.

Here are my honest impressions after trying the trial. I signed up for TraderSync with the goal of taking my trading to a higher level.
I wanted the Elite Plan with AI advice. I looked at other companies on the Internet, but I thought TraderSync was the best journal service out there.
First of all, I want to say that the support is great. Their responses were quick, friendly, and polite. This is the most important thing when getting any service.
You should feel free to try the one-week trial. You won't know how good the product is until you actually try it.
I wasn't able to fully enjoy the Elite Plan in the one-week trial. I don't have enough data on my trades. But it's interesting to see various statistical data.
The video tutorials are very well organized and easy to implement.
It looks cool and sophisticated. I liked the mobile app because it was light and comfortable.
In my case, if you upgrade to a paid plan during the trial, you get 50% debate, but you can also get 60% debate by completing a few tasks. This is almost the same as Black Friday. What a deal. I immediately decided to sign up for a yearly subscription.
Finally, a word of warning: Make sure your broker can auto-sync with TraderSync.

Sometimes things go wrong, for any number of reasons. The support via chat has been great when issues have come up. The staff is very fast to respond to inquiries. They will escalate issues, as needed for issue resolution and they routinely provide updates while troubleshooting is underway. My synchronization issue today corrected very quickly!

Its detailed journaling capabilities allow me to meticulously log every aspect of my options trades, from entry and exit points to strategy type and underlying market conditions. This level of detail is crucial for understanding the nuances of my options positions.

I can easily visualize my profit and loss by specific options strategies (e.g., iron condors, credit spreads, butterflies), identify my win rates, and pinpoint which setups are consistently profitable or problematic. This granular insight has been instrumental in helping me identify my strengths and weaknesses, allowing me to double down on what works and quickly adjust or eliminate underperforming strategies.

Crystal clear and responsive communication!

I was trying out the Tradervue and Tradersync demos and I feel the Tradersync has more to offer. I also feel the Dashboard is a better layout and is much deeper than meets the eye. The pricing seems more competitive as well so I'm getting a better deal here than Tradervue with all the features available for the price in comparison so it's an easy decision for me here. I'm really interested in the analysis tools this has available including AI assistant. Looking forward to diving in more.

The company has rapidly responses for any issue. I use this app as a main tool to monitor my trades and return of invesment.

I have been looking for a journaling software program that suits my needs for a while. I have tried all the major ones: TradeViz, TradeMetria, TradeVue, and Edgewonk. TraderSync is the only one that I would recommend. I am an active trader, and it gives me the tools that I need and is intuitive to use. The others I tried made my eyes glass over, just not worth the cumbersome structure. TraderSync is awesome.

Great support. Fast attention and were able to resolve

I'm an experienced day trader and have been on the hunt for a solid trading journal that has tagging and analysis functionalities for over a year. Tradersync has the most crucial functionalities and features that I need to take my trading to the next level. I like the ease in tagging and creating custom tags.

Did the trial for a little and also experienced their support and I love that they have an app and everything else I need! They've won me over as a new trader I'll lock in with them and their amazing promotion they have!

TraderSync has proved to be a powerful tool for my trading journey. Importing trades is seamless and they offer a wide variety of features that can help those that are novice to the pros. The UI is very easy to navigate and I also like that they have tutorial videos for some of their advanced features. Overall a great tool and would recommend for anyone trying to be a serious trader.

Was able to learn about the product. They are so knowledgeable and was able to provide me answers to my questions on what the software is capable of is great, exactly what i’m looking for !!! And the software having learned that it can also do paper trading is so amazing. This is a no brainer. To be able to have this can get me to the next level as a trader.
