Miscommunication
I don’t know how long I waited. I rang and was told just to wait. I rang a month later and was told the part I ordered was no longer available. I then received my order roughly two days later

Avoid Tradelink
Terrible store policies, unhelpful and uncaring store manager and a customer service team who does not put the customer at the forefront of what they do. Avoid and shop with Reece or other retailers who value you.

Outstanding service at Ballarat store…
The sales person at the Ballarat store went out of his way to source a sink we needed at the last minute for our build. I admit to some Karen style frustration aimed at the world at large and he diplomatically ignored my grumpiness and looked after us so well.

Tradelink Joondalup reciepted my click…
Tradelink Joondalup reciepted my click and collect order without checking that they were the correct items. I called before collecting to ensure it was all ready to go and they still got it wrong. Upon collection I pointed out that a 1200mm shower grate was missing (very easy to see because the box would be atleast 1.2 metres long?) I watched them pretend to search the warehouse for it before they blamed supplier for sending the wrong items and told me my order shouldn’t have been made ready for collection although I called and told them to double check it was correct. Do not waste your time with these clowns they have no common sense and no idea about plumbing.
