I sent my phone in near perfect condition, it has since become covered in scratches and damaged by them which were not there when it was sent. They called me at 10pm and texted me photos of the newly acquired damage. I then called them back and they were rude and condescending towards me, advising my phone was damaged and there for they decreased the price by £80. Completely unprofessional, I then had to buy my own returns label and email it to them. Not worth it. Devalued my phone. Do not trust them.

Excellent very easy and great communication

Trade in offered me the most money for my Apple Watch 10. It was done so quickly and the exact money was straight into my account. This is the second Apple Watch I have sold to them. No hassle no problems just very quickly done

I sent my mobile phone for assessment on the 20th. It was deemed to be in “poor condition”, and I declined the offer. I requested its return and provided Royal Mail 24‑hour shipping labels, but there were several failures with the collection, and the company did not respond to calls, emails, or messages. Only after persistent follow‑up did I receive confirmation that the phone was being sent back, a week later.

Although the phone was eventually returned, I found the process extremely difficult and the customer service unprofessional. My experience does not inspire confidence.

I bought from trade inn because they were £10 cheaper even with the delivery charge which was £7.50
I read the reviews after I made the purchase and was worried when it was a day late. Thought I'd been scammed. But the fleece turned up. It fitted very nicely and was exactly what I wanted.
Good website and product was as advertised. I can't complain. I haven't had to return anything so can't comment on that side of things. I will use them again. Plain sailing so far.

What a waste of time
I described the PS5 I was selling as in condition and was quoted 300 pounds.
Happy with that I posted it off to Trade In. 2 days later they tried offering me 200 pounds because it was slightly dusty and had light scratches on the black plastic near the USB ports.
I requested a return.
Would not recommend.

This company is amazing, they give you a price for your item and stick to it providing the information you have given to them is accurate. I have used them several times and will continue to use them if needed. Very quick and efficient.

I used Tradein twice to sell my old iPhone 13 Mini and Samsung Buds2. They paid what they mentioned on the website.
It would have been better if they provided some more status notification during the process.
But overall it was good experience.

Communication was the upmost. 100%.

Very easy to use website. I posted my item on Monday and received payment in my account on Thursday! Excellent service and will most definitely be using again and would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Sent my MacBook Pro and received the quoted price. No attempts were made to reduce the price unfairly (very common place with trade in companies in my experience) and money was sent over minutes after receiving my confirmation email. This was all done in 3 days! Great experience and I will use again for other tech trades ins in the future!

Well worth it! If anyone sends anything in to them and waits possibly an extra day for payment- don't panic. They appear to be extremely popular with buying second-hand tech, presumably because they offer the highest prices. Responsive by email and payment is fast once the device has been checked. Sent an Ipad Pro in and received good customer service as well. Recommended!
