I have tried their service for a month and I want to inform everyone that they offer extremely bad services, very often the signals that should be copied they do not copy and they always leave the blame to someone else, because their platform is very complicated to use, you have to take a computer course to understand them, until you make the first month's payment they are very polite and the first moment they take the money their behavior changes radically, they also have another trick when you make the first activation they launch a way for the next month's subscription to be automatically repeated, they do this on purpose because they know that anyone who uses their subscription next month will not continue it, but there are many people like me who, since I am busy with other work, can forget to close the subscription for next month and they want to at least take the clients' money for another month So beware, those who make the mistake and subscribe to these scammers, immediately stop subscribing for the next month. Your subscription auto-renews as outlined in our Terms of Service, which are presented and must be agreed to at purchase. We also send a reminder email ahead of each renewal — in your case, before the August 22 charge — so there's an opportunity to cancel beforehand. This is standard practice across subscription services, not something applied differently to you.
When you reached out, our team offered to pause your subscription so you could resume it later at no extra cost, as an alternative to a refund we're not able to issue for used/renewed billing periods under our terms.
On signal copying and settings: our support team worked through your setup with you directly, including the trailing stop-loss configuration you asked about, and confirmed it was working as intended.

Our support team walked you through the cancellation step by step on July 29, confirmed your subscription was scheduled for cancellation on August 19, 2026, and told you directly that no further action was needed and no more charges would occur. Our billing records confirm this: the only charge on your account is the initial payment from July 19, 2026, and no charge has been made since — including after your cancellation request.

The EA works perfectly and the support is even better.
The support team is fast, efficient, and resolves questions and problems with great professionalism. They are always attentive to the customer's needs and never complain.
On the other hand, the Expert Advisor (EA) works very well, installation is simple, and support resolves even the most complex issues quickly. Highly recommended.

Our copier is built and tested to process both simple and complex signals accurately, without generating trade parameters that aren't in the original signal, and it only executes a trade when a signal is actually received — it does not act on its own. We've reviewed our systems and haven't found any issues matching what's described here.
We also haven't been able to match your review on our end, and our earlier request for more details hasn't had a response yet.
