Disgraceful, illegal
Disgraceful, radioactive company. It's basically an illegal scam whereby it intercepts delivery companies' tracking systems and steals money from your account when you try and pay a charge to find out where your parcel is. Extra detail: they didn’t know where my parcel was other than “the depot”. Well, which depot for a start.

An elderly gentleman , nearly ninety must have mistakenly subscribed to your company without knowing the full details. Today he ask me to go through his bank statement as he was confused as to why he has been paying £24.90 for something he doesn’t understand. I rang your helpline 04203910387 for advice and when she told me he has been paying this since 19th October 2022 I could not believe my eyes, she said he must have paid £1 subscription and not cancelled. I am horrified to think this has happened, what has he been receiving for this very large sum he cannot afford. You are certainly taking advantage of the elderly and I am sending this hoping you will refund all his payments made in error. Something needs to be done about company’s who are just scamming elderly people without there knowledge.

Wish I had read these reviews earlier.
Wanted to track an order from Temu and was directed to this site. Found it strange that I was asked for £1 for tracking info but heyho it's only £1. Shortly thereafter I spotted a charge for over £24 from this company on my card and immediately reported it as a fraudulent transaction, resulting in the card being cancelled. Still awaiting settlement.
DON'T GIVE FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO THIS SITE.

Do not use this company. They use fraudulent methods to take your money. I ordered a fridge from Amazon in November 2024, I had no idea I was charged £1 for a "trial subscription" and I have been charged a monthly fee of £24.90 since then - so they have taken £225.10 from my card in total. I received no notification of this, no email, nothing. I tried to cancel the "subscription" online but was unable to do so. I just called their customer service department and they only refunded me one payment of £24.90. Shocking. I asked to be put through to the person who authorised the one payment only and Lucy refused. I even referenced the fact that there are loads of negative reviews on Trustpilot and that I would post another negative review but still no progress. They are clearly trained to fob you off. Steer clear of this company!! they should not be allowed to operate.

Awful company which is no surprise as I…
Awful company which is no surprise as I am sure it is a scam. Picked up the link after panicking as my expensive Phase 8 parcel had not arrived and paid a quid to track the parcel which revealed the very the very unhelpful message of pending. Then discovered that somehow and not to my knowledge I had agreed to subscribe to a yearly subscription of app 24.00 quid which I could not unsubscribe from. Wrote them a message on their message link box making it very clear that I do not agree to subscribe only to find the next day they tried to take the 24 quid but luckily my bank declined the payment and has now put a permanent stop so they can never take a payment again.

This site is a scam. Do not use it. The small print entitles them to deduct £24 from your account 3 days from your initial payment of £1. And what's more this is an annual payment. To cancel I had to speak to an agent on the phone who was most unpleasant. Beware !

Do not use this site I tried to use it on Thursday 29th May was charged £1 but it never tracked my package then today 1st of June had a message from my bank saying they were trying to take a further £24.90 I told my bank I did not recognise this transaction they immediately stopped the payment but then had to contact fraud helpline resulting in my card being cancelled so now have to wait for delivery of new card which could take 5 days and if I need any shopping etc. will have to travel 2 miles to branch to draw cash.
A complete con only gave 1 star cos you can't give 0

This company is fraudulent . They pop up when you go into the tracking page on a courier site , e.g Royal Mail,
A £1 charge screen appears giving you the impression you have underpaid postage fees, then it becomes a page that says you have signed up for a subscription for their mail tracking app. Try cancelling and, surprisingly, it doesn’t work. DO NOT PAY THE £1! If you have stop the payments with your bank and block the payee.

Catbytes run a digital drop in club in Lewisham. A visitor came to us to say she was being continuously charged for a single parcel delivery. We thought it was very unusual for a one off delivery to open a subscription. It seems very likely that the cheap price is a way of luring people who don't read the small print. Also, we can confirm that when we tried to cancel online it didn't work. We had to call the phone number. We think this organisation's business model is to take advantage of people who are inexperienced with using websites. We suggest they should change their name from Trackerly to Trickery
