Absolutely useless service. Driver lied about trying to deliver my parcel when I took the whole day off work. Scammers.

Arranged different delivery address that was confirmed..driver just left them on the doorstep and was told no to do so !!!....whoever the delivery driver is should not be allowed, so I hope you can find him and find out why he didn't not follow the delivery instructions.

By telling the truth I sat in all day watching for parcel then got a notification saying he had tried when it was a blatent lie

It’s been 3days I am waiting for my parcel, they said “you parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area” which is Rubbish.
I live in Handforth and everything is ok here , no flood , no Road work , nothing.
One of the worst service

Absolutely appalling spoken to delivery driver on my doorbell camera asked him to leave parcel with neighbour got home nothing left exactly the same thing happened following day and still not received my parcel the worst courier service ever

It would be quicker if I said what went right. NOTHING was right after many hours trying to contact them, finally spoke to a lady that obviously did have the help on the script that they are given. So nothing got resolved still cannot get the package sent without taking a full day off work as they cannot give a time till the day. Absolutely appalling customer service.

They are terrible....their website sent me to another town to post when I arrived this post office didn't take DPD parcels as nd never had.

I sent a parcel on the 24 April and the person still hasn't received it. All it says is that I cannot report this until 28 May!! What sort of company gets away with taking your parcels but not delivering them! There is no way to speak to a human person at all. How many reimbursements have they had to make and when will they look into this and see they have a big problem. I am annoyed as I sold the item cheaper than I wanted and I will only be reimbursed that amount - item was worth much more and discount was meant for buyer not thriving ****S!

DPD continue to be the worst delivery service to my address bar none. Everyone else can deliver, everyone, not DPD. Intercom doorbell goes, pressed open door button, nothing. Intercom went again, pressed open door button, nothing. Put shoes on, went to look for parcel, nowhere to be found. Check online link for it- photo of a bin indicating the driver put it in the bin. Should give it two stars really because DPD usually lie about attempting delivery and make me pick it up from miles away a few days later. Having DPD put it in the bin is a DPD upgrade.

Too bad the package was very late. DPD always makes problems like this. It's so bad it made me stressed.

Sent me an email to say 'sorry we missed you' without attempting delivery. I would understand if there was an issue and they were honest about it but don't lie to the customer.

Tracking ??? No its not !! Only information on parcel was " We have your parcel in transit " I paid for next day delivery but looks likely to be a week before it is delivered.

utterly appalling company. Twice now I have had cold storage medication from asda pharmacy delayed. They give you a slot of 7am to 10 pm, which is ridiculous alone and then don't deliver. £150 of medication I will now refused to accept. Because of this appalling delivery company

Woeful service.
Parcel from EE was due to be delivered yesterday (Monday) driver needed pin code upon delivery. Driver goes to wrong address where clearly the resident did not have any code. Driver then returns parcel to depot. This has left us without our item, wasted our time all afternoon waiting for the parcel to never arrive. Broken promises from DPD so called Help desk. Is it too much to ask that a company that delivers does just that?
Run a delivery service...couldn't run a bath!
