ToysCentral Israel Anmeldelser

Very long delivery time. Twice the promised time. Almost a month! They didn't state that the shipping is not local and there is a chance of paying extra for the import taxes.

Amazing service and helped me receive my order fast. I am so happy with my order. Great communication and fast service

Great service and fast delivery

Responded well to my queries

The only thing that took away from my experience was that the product took longer than expected to get here, but the costumer service was excellent and so is the product itself. All and all I was happy with toys central and am highly likely to buy there again

It took a while to get it… without ability to trak it. But eventually the package arrived in the game was great.

Fast delivery and great quality

Order never received and impossible to get a refund! Leaky website, I strongly advise against it if you don't want to get ripped off.

Great choice of toys, excellent communication with support persons, perseverance in satisfying customer's needs - all was great, can't complain. The cost is a bit on the high side, otherwise - perfect.

good description, high quality toys

I got the game I needed for my lessons. It{s perfect and exactly what I wanted. My students greatly enjoy playing it.

Today I received a malicious email from this site with an attempt to hack my personal data, which I stopped with my antivirus. They sent me a letter with a lie that I made a purchase from them and an active button to track the parcel, despite the fact that there is no receipt of payment or information about the purchase itself and there is only a false tracking number that does not exist in the global system.

At the end of 2021, I almost fell for the bait of these scams and interrupted the transaction through my bank in time, providing the bank with all the information. I had already made a conditional purchase of the goods, but they sent me a false tracking number supposedly from the DHL company, and that’s where my check began. Next, my bank, having verified their data from that store and the false tracking data, fully approved my appeal and returned all the funds to me, taking them away from these scammers. I have all the screenshots and correspondence confirming this. The scammers have created such a store with localization in many countries around the world.

Don't be fooled! These are scammers who will steal your money and not send you anything! Try even contacting their technical support and see how they react, how they answer... if they give you an answer at all =)

I wish you safety! Don't be fooled!

Known prices and shipping time before hand - less surprises. Great service 24/7.

Product delivered in reasonable time (heavy item, but transatlantic time only 1 week). As ordered, in good condition. Minor irritation: manufacturers (Eitech, in Germany) omitted a small item from list of contents (metal washers); too trivial to bother complaining!

The company kept me informed at all stages on the status of my purchase. This is a good sign of a company's seriousness and professionalism.

Very fast shipping and products are well made.

The rapid and efficient response of mr. Nidhi

Everything was exactly what I ordered. It tunred up on time. Great service. Thanks
