I have been delighted with every monthly beauty box. Fabulous products at unbelievably low prices. Karen is always very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. Can highly recommend this company.

I’ve been with toyl for 2 years and it’s one of the best companies. Any enquires that i email Karen she will reply with a response always and quick. I like it that can see what’s in the box of the month before purchasing where a lot of companies you’ve got to pay first then see what’s in the box, lots of top brands, ranging different value price, I look forward every month, keep up the good work Karen and team X

This monthly beauty box always contains a selection of high class beauty treats which are always worth far more than I pay. It’s a great way to try a variety of different products. Karen is always responsive to queries and responds in person.
As a subscriber I also get an email from Karen each Saturday and it is always thought provoking and usually funny. I would highly recommend this beauty box to all women. It is intended for the over 40s but the products are generally suitable for any age.

Ideal monthly boxes for the mature woman. I have had these now for a few years. It’s a great opportunity to try premium beauty brands at a really great discount. Karen researches the brands which will provide for the needs of those who buy the monthly boxes and the in between offers.
The mystery boxes which are offered occasionally are full of tried and trusted products.
Without this subscription I would not have had the chance to try several products which I’ve gone on to buy (we get discount codes in the monthly leaflet)
Karen’s regular Instagram, weekly emails, Facebook lives and social media presence is a testament to her wanting us to use the products efficiently and effectively. I also enjoy the guests she interviews. TOYL and Karen are interested in their clients and suppliers. An all round great company

The TOYL monthly subscription box is fantastic! Not only is it amazing value for money but unlike other subscription boxes, Karen really pushes for great quality, well researched products that she can stand behind every month (which are nearly always full size and not loads of tiny samples!). If you are looking for a monthly beauty fix I would definitely recommend TOYL - I absolutely love it!!

What more can I say that hasn’t already been said. I am a lady of a certain age. Having tried all the other boxes on the market and been very disappointed. Toyl exceeded my expectations. It is a very well thought out box. Great value for money. The videos make me feel normal and make me laugh. Always turns up on time .Look forward to it every month. Fantastic products. Best box.

This is the best beauty box subscription I have used. The benefits are that you get to try full sizes for most products so you can really try them out, the products are well curated for our age group but are still innovative and 'sexy'. I also love that I can skip if I don't fancy the products or if I have too many (I set a reminder so I don't forget to check). Customer service is excellent & the videos on insta/fb are interesting & informative. I've been subscribing to TOYL for a few months now & only had positive experiences. There's also great offers in between the boxes which have been great too. I would highly recommend.

TOYL is where its at for premium quality over quantity grown up skincare and beauty products which also happen to be inclusive for all. Karen is amazing because she keeps things real and shares both the good and bad in a monthly e-newsletters. This is a flexible subscription service which you can't say fairer than that no commitments AND every month there's a preview video on YouTube of coming products so you can always skip or pause or cancel your subscription if you want to. I wouldn't because the products, some we know but most of them are new and are full sizes so for me you can't get better than that for £40 a month - yes I'll have some of that thank you! Karen you're amazing and ground breaking with TOYL so thank you much appreciated 😊

I find the one star reviews of TOYL incredible. Of all my online commercial-relationships, I trust TOYL most. They are honest, communicative, polite and provide the excitement of a high-quality box on a monthly basis. Not to mention their ad-hoc offerings that offer even better value. I can only imagine that those let down by TOYL was an anomalous experience

I am 51 and menopausal but still care about my appearance. I wanted to try quality products that really do work and are fantastic quality. I am old and experienced enough to know when it is just hype, this box is not hype. I always enjoy trialling all the products and find 1 or 2 that I go on to purchase independently, either for myself or as gifts. I also absolutely love the YouTube video about each product in the box. So much more fun and easier than trying to read the teeny tiny writing on the packaging

A wonderful beauty box subscription thoughtfully curated by Karen, the March box was no exception. It contained the Francis Prescott tri-balm (I absolutely love this product!), Votary face cream, Cristophe Robbin shampoo and two collagen face masks. Whilst this subscription is tailored for women over 40, I think it’s perfect for everyone - I’m mid 30s and I love it. On top of the products, I really appreciate Karen’s personal touches - the little gifts and weekly newsletters which are authentic and inspiring. Thanks Karen!

I don’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve always found this company very good, their products are amazing and their customer service is excellent.

I bought one of their mystery boxes. I was a bit nervous having had a mystery box from another company which was, frankly, rubbish. I was not disappointed with this however. There were 13 items, one had 2 in the box. Very good brands and many were full size. I was particularly impressed with Murad sunblock and a lovely fuchsia lipstick, pink being my favourite colour.

I’ll definitely be ordering another mystery box!

Terrible company that sent a cutting email when politely enquiring about boxes not received. When I wrote an honest review they accessed my email to write a personal email saying that had I not written the review and told them their email upset me they would have sent me a freebie! Unauthorised use of my email that I'm pretty sure breaches data protection! Avoid this company they have awful customer service

Fantastic subscription box. Products are all chosen with thought and are of the highest quality. I have been able to try loads of new products i would not have thought of trying. My skincare routine is now amazing.

Such good value for money and the only subscription box i now subscribe to.

Karen does a monthly youtube video to reveal and talk about the upcoming box which i really love and find useful.It is nice to see what you are getting and if it doesn't suite you,you can skip a month which is great.

AVOID AVOID AVIOD molten brown offer through Vodafone. Not worth the price and dreadful communications. No return details when asked for 3 times. I feel like I have been scammed and ripped off

Ordered a Molton Brown Gift Box via Vodaphone offers. Took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did there were items missing. Emailed them and was told they would send out replacements…… still waiting after more than 4 weeks. Sent subsequent emails and am being ignored. AVOID this company!!!

An absolutely brilliantly curated collection of products each month for anyone over 40 who wants to look after their skin and beauty regimen. Karen’s informative emails and social media content add a special accent as a women that really understands the needs of her customers and such great value! I’ve been meaning to sign up for ages having seen such great reviews and have been delighted with the products! Beautiful packaged too’

I love my toyl box. I get to try premium beauty brands like Murad, Elemis and Kate Somerville. The box's always contain a couple of full sizes, unlike many boxes. I like being able to pause the subscription if I dont need the items. I enjoy Karen's emails and lives. Her customer service is excellent. Try a Toyl box!

I have been a subscriber to this box for quite a few months now first a three month then a six now a twelve as I love it so much Karen is lovely and you can tell alot of time and effort is taken in putting them together. I was a subscriber to another box before TOYL and I have to say there is really no competition on all counts TOYL treats you very well good old customer service. You are able to pause any box if that month you feel it isn't for you where else can you get that. There is also live chats with some of the products in the box and Karen goes live once a month so you can put the box to the very best use. Definitely worth every penny and I would be more than happy to recommend it to anyone.
