The employees at the Philadelphia office was outstanding. They treated me like family. My satisfaction rating for these employees (0-disgusting and 100-outstanding) are 1,000. They are out of this world with love and kindness. They are the kind of people I would love to be friends with, but I know I can't be friends with people dealing with money

I really needed some extra money
I really needed some extra money. I got a call from an associate with Tower Loan, and it surprised me. I didn't want my current payment to go up because I'm on a budget, and it did go up by ten dollars, but I can live with that. I got my loan that same afternoon and helped me get back on track. The interest is too high, but I intend to pay this bill off and try to pay off other bills.

I honestly wish there were 0 star…
I honestly wish there were 0 star reviews. Tower Loan of Philadelphia is HORRIBLE. If you have to get a loan, please try Tower Loan of Carthage. I receive calls from multiple numbers all day for other people! And when I do answer, I’m harassed by one of the men who work there asking multiple PERSONAL questions when I’m not even the person they’re calling for. Absolutely horrible. I do have a loan with them, and if I make a payment on my account, I prefer Tower Loan of Carthage because they’re way more respectful. My husband has a loan there and the guy asked him personal questions as well and why doesn’t he get money from me to pay his bill when it’s not my bill to pay! My loan with them is in good standing and that’s the only loan I will talk about. He also has a voicemail of the man saying “he’s pressing them” what exactly does he mean by this? This is UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never do business with them again.
